This microwave is LOUD. I received it a few days ago after it had been on back order for a month. Didn't realize microwaves were so difficult to get. Well, this microwave is loud and as another reviewer posted, if you live in an apartment as I do, your neighbors will know when it's running. The interior is very small and will not accommodate a large plate. Not an issue as I was well aware when ordering and as I do not like cooking food in a microwave, this serves its purpose. I needed one to heat up my coffee on the weekend when it goes cold, to make popcorn and, to, on rare occasions, heat up a TV type dinner -so for the price and the manner in which I will use it, I'll keep it. It fits perfectly inside a small freestanding utility cart I have; I did not want a large microwave because I have limited counterspace. Goes well with my black and stainless appliances. If I get two years use, I won't complain.

Perfect for the office break area, this microwave has every setting needed for office meals. It's been consistent in its operation, with plenty of power for the frozen meals to cook perfectly. Exterior is very nice, not cheesy-looking at all.

It worked well, while it worked. Yes, the feet don't grip and so the door handle requires a quick tug to open the microwave without pulling it across the counter. Yes, the beeps are a little loud and are not something you have control over. But I was satisfied with its operation until day 14, when the control pad ceased to function and it ran endlessly (and with no effect) whenever its door was closed.

Generally speaking, I love cheap microwaves. In my opinion they do the only things microwaves are good at *just* as well as the expensive ones. I've had a couple that lasted over 5 years and my last one gave up the ghost at 12. This one is obviously the product of quality control problems, and there are other reviews here to suggest that this is common with this item.

Picked this up due mostly to it's size. We only use it heat chai in the mornings, so bells and whistles weren't really necessary. We've done a lot of research prior to getting this one . It had good reviews, and now 2 years using it we are absolutely satisfied they were all true. The design is great: spacious and functional at the same time. All fixtures are sturdy and high quality (compared to similar models by other brands that look the same but are really flimsy using plastic instead of glass for shelves). Interior design is very convenientwe find the retractable and folding shelves are very useful. The water quality is fantastic the filter is excellent, and the dispenser design is clean and efficient. The best is that we got it the very last moment at the Sears on-line special for 1535 including tax and installation, but it is still a great deal even at the current rate . We had to wait a moth for delivery, but it was worth it.

I love the layout of this refrigerator. However, it has had problems. Thankfully we bought the extended warranty and had to use it twice. Our neighbor next door bought the same one a year after us and is also having problems. Water drips down the inside back of the refrigerator and freezes your deli drawer closed. My neighbor is not only having that problem but her ice maker is intermittent. If you love the inside of this refrigerator and have to have it make sure you get an extended warranty because you will be using it!!!

My decision for a compact refrigerator was a double door design. Separate freezer and refrigerator.

I highly recommend this product and this brand (Air Purifiers USA). After ordering the product, I contacted the manufacture (via the email confirmation details), and asked about the color options. White on white vs. Stainless on black. (I read them on the product description page, but was not able to make the selection during checkout). The gentlemen suggested putting the order on hold for 2 hours, he then contacted the warehouse, determined availability, and called me back and I selected Stainless on black. The order arrived in 3 days using regular shipping and the box was very well packaged. In fact, the original packing carton was inserted into a slightly larger carton (with good padding) and the entire packing was first rate.

The refrigerator is a thing of beauty. A full size look in a compact size unit. Stainless front with black box. The top has a convenient molded tray, designed to be used as a 'spill proof' counter top. The topside is large enough to hold coffee maker, cups, etc. and will never scratch.

I bought a slightly different model 1 year ago. It has worked superbly all the time. So, why do I bother to write the review NOW ? Because of Customer Support. I needed to move the fridge to another location, and re-hung the doors from hinges-on-the-right (the way it came from the factory) to hinges-on-the-left. When I was done, the freezer door was slightly misaligned and did not close properly. I called their 800 number; it is busy much of the time (it is either busy, or a person answers, no waiting), but it was worth retrying. When I got through to a person, HE ACTUALLY WALKED ME THROUGH THE STEPS NEEDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM on the phone; no charge, no hassle (and he spoke flawless American English, as opposed to me). I am so impressed that I felt compelled to write this review. These guys can sell me any of their equipment any time.

After lots of research, I decided to get a fridge with separate freezer and refrigerator components because I read that having a freezer inside the fridge compartment will make either the fridge too cold or too warm depending on how you dial the setting. This fridge got compliments for its looks in my office, and works great! So quiet, I don't notice it's there! The freezer freezes ice cubes and the refrigerator keeps my food cold. The dial was easily set so that the fridge is not warm but not so cold that it freezes the food. I was even impressed that the dial could be set so cold that my food got frozen in the fridge section!

Item arrived with surface damage on the compressor corner. The outer grilled cage was slightly dented in but has no effect on the refrigerator/freezer's operation. I shipped this to Maui and was not about to send it back just for that reason. The unit needs a few minutes to chill down but works beautifully while in operation. I use this exclusively in my vehicle and my only complaint is that I wish they would have supplied a longer power extension cord. While adjusting for ventilation, it will take up lots of room in your trunk.

I have the 16 bottle version of this, otherwise, its the same unit.

First of all, NONE of these are made for maturing your wine, they are only intended

for short term (not to exceed one year) storage.

They do not provide the constant temp and proper humidity needed to mature wine, so

if long term maturing of your expensive wine collction is needed, you do not want to

buy one of these.

What you need in that case is a EuroCave, and they start at $2,000.00!

Also, dont expect the temp in any of these "wine refrigerators" to be 55 if your room

temp is 80!! It is totally dependent of room temp. These units simply use the room air

and circulate it with fans, so the internal temp will fluctuate with the room temp.

Even the few units on the market with built in compressors which will refrigerate even

if the room temp is 90, fluctuate by several degrees.

Proper wine maturing requires CONSTANT even temp (plus or minus a few degrees only) over

a very long time period, several years!!

Also, NONE of these units are reliable, you will be very lucky to get 2 years of use out

of any brand of wine cooler. A $400.00 one is equally unreliable as a $100.00 unit, they may

just throw in a few extra features and gadgets.

If you have an expensive wine collection, you probably already know all this stuff, but if

you are just starting out, do not be impressed by the low prices of these coolers, ultimatly,

they will ruin your wines over the long haul.

If you only want a place to store your wine temporarily before you drink it, one of these will

be fine, much better then a wire rack in your basement (oh, and NEVER store wine in your kitchen!!)

While the product seems decent, I had a terrible time with receiving it in one piece. The first shipment which came Ground UPS resulted in a corner of the refrigerator cracked off of it. Apparently the folks who send it out are highly opposed to actually wrapping it for shipment since it came in the box that you would find on the shelf in a store -without any additional packing. I called Amazon and told them and they said they'd send out another one overnight (but I would need to send back the broken one, which I did). I asked them to take some care to pack the one they were overnighting and the agent send she would add it to her notes to the shippers. Low and behold, the replacement fridge came overnighted free of charge, but again they did not back it for shipment. This time instead of having the corner cracked off, there was simply a hair-line crack on that same corner. It was spared because apparently overnight shipping requires less handling and bouncing around than Ground shipping.

Both models in spite of lack of care by the seller to pack it for cross country shipment worked when I plugged them in, but I will be curious for how long the wine refrigerator with the hairline crack will work since all of the jarring during shipment will surely have an impact on electronics. Unfortunately, since I had a custom build on my kitchen cabinets, I am stuck with this machine and just holding my breath that it will continue to work for a long while.

I would advise anyone who is even remotely thinking to buy this machine to look elsewhere if you want to spend money and receive something in one piece. Just a suggestion especially if you don't enjoy banging your head off the wall talking to attendants and re-wrapping returns.

I was quite inspired to write this review and hopefully spare someone a lot of trouble.

I bought the cooler in October 2010. It is now December 2010 and it no longer works. The cooler never was very cold and is a very poor product. Like the previous reviewer, I worked for about four hours on installing this thing, cursing the engineers, etc., until I figured out that I had the rubber gasket ring installed incorrectly. You have to install the gasket so it barely hangs on to the bottom of the sink mount. If you can see the plastic bottom of the sink mount and not rubber covering the bottom, you've got it installed wrong and you'll have a heck of a time. If there's anyone that deserves to suffer (and it shouldn't be the customer!), it's whoever wrote the manual and did not specify this, because it's an easy detail to miss. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard disposal. Nothing fancy.

I bought the 3/4 horsepower, but the installation is the same. I have installed 4 during the past 20 years as a homeowner. However, I gave up on this one. The rubber cussion mount would not fit into the mounting ring. I even resorted to my car jack to put it in place. I bougt it to avoid using plumber putty. Terrible decision. It went back to the store after 4 hours (i am very stubborn). I put an In Sink Arator in in about 20 minutes.

First let me say I have NEVER replaced a disposer before and I have very limited "handy man" skills. I decided to try to replace my old unit because I am cheap and didn't want to pay someone. I bought the GE disposer because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. I found this unit on sale for under $50 and it seemed like a straight forward install. I got the old unit out with some help from the internet and then started the install. The installation was sooooo easy it took me about 25 minutes to completely install it. Yes the rubber gasket needs to be installed with a lip below the unit but that is what the instructions tell you to do. I followed the instructions and had absolutely NO problems installing it with no leaks. Great unit and though others have said it is loud it is actually quieter than my old ISE. If you feel that this install might be to much for you, don't worry, it's not.

I read the other review on the site for this product and I think the guy had the ring installed wrong. Installation was very quick and painless and it fit the existing piping quite well.

The electrical connection was straightforward.

The constructions seems decent.

It is a little louder than I would have liked, but for a cheaper disposal, it isn't bad.

I guess the person who wrote a good review is from the seller or someone who got the ONE good product this company put out. I would be highly skeptical of any rating of a Haier product that's higher than 1 star. I only gave it one star because negative stars are not an option. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. It arrived with a warped door. I tried for a month to contact customer service by phone and by email. I never got any response from them ever. And while the product worked, owning it was a chore.

I got rid of it in a yard sale for a tenth of the price I paid. I let the person know why I was getting rid of it. They just wanted it for their garage.

I can't believe Amazon is still selling Haier products.

And, Haier, you should just be ashamed of yourselves. Can't you just make an honest dollar?

I have one of these in my garage. It's positioned with nothing on either side of it. So far it has not got hot as stated in another review. I do have a freezer at home that gets hot on the sides when it goes into the auto-defrost cycle. So far that freezer has been running for 5 years.

Back to the fridge, I keep it packed with drinks and place a new one in for each that I take out and so far it's keeping everything nice and cold. I keep my garage climate controlled at a steady 70 degrees. I read somewhere that keeping a cooling appliance full helps it stay cold inside. Not sure if it's true but I try to keep everything reasonably full.

I took a chance on this because of the price and I figure that if it only runs a few years then at the price I'll just replace it. I hope that they don't stop making these. I found it cheaper at Sams Club and it was in stock to take home that day. I figure if I have any problems Sams will stand behind their products.

Good luck if you buy one of these....I don't regret it at all yet!

My wife and I purchased this machine back in 2009 after some research. There aren't many reviews at that time on other sites regarding this washer, but the sites that contain reviews did say it's a decent washer. We took a risk and went ahead with the purchase. I figured paying $1400 for a washer means no issue for at least 5 years, and it will saved us on the water bill. I was fatally wrong in all aspects. Below are just some of the headaches I had to deal with;

1. After couple of month, water started to leak from the front door, it's a slow leak throughout the entire wash except for spin. Call LG, they sent someone to my house to fix it. He used a hair dryer to heat up the rubber piece of the door, saying the rubber is not fitting perfectly, fine, I let that go. A week later, water started to leak out again, called them again, and this time took couple of weeks for the same guy to show up. This time, he ordered a new piece for the door, he replaced it and everything was working fine, but recently, water started to leak again, but that's the least of my problems.

2. Before I discovered the door was leaking again recently, I discovered a puddle of water underneath and around the washer after a wash; I didn't want to jump to conclusion until i see it myself. I put the washer in a quick wash setting and literally stood there to see what's going on and see where the water was coming from. More than half way into the wash, water started to leak out in large amounts from underneath the washer. My warranty expired with LG, but it's a good thing that I purchased extended warranty from Home Depot. I immediately called Home Depot and I am scheduled to have someone to look at the washer this week. I also called LG and filed a complaint with their corporate (I am not sure if that will do anything for me, but I just need to vent) I shouldn't have to deal with this level of headache after paying $1400 for a washer. Never again would I buy a LG product.

I bought this washer because I wanted to be able to wash our king-size comforters at home instead of lugging them to the laundromat. This was one of the largest we could find, and I liked that it played a little tune at the end of a cycle instead of just a beep (our washer/dryer are in the basement). I do about 15 loads of laundry a week.

One thing I will say is that it gets my clothes really, really clean, but it does that primarily by beating the heck out of them. I have never literally worn out clothes until I got this washer I am very easy on my clothing and even my absolute favorite clothes only get worn about 10 or 15 times a year, hardly enough to wear them out. In the three years I have owned this washer I have thrown away countless socks because they are literally worn through; prior to getting this washer I had thrown away probably three pairs of socks in my entire life due to holes. Shirts, jeans, underwear, dress pants you name it, this machine is wearing it out.

This washer stretches everything into oblivion. With my old top loader I would throw bras in there, no problem. No way can I do that with the LG washer. It ruined three bras before I wised up and bought mesh bags for them. Astoundingly, the washer manages to stretch them out even in the bags!! I washed my daughter's swimsuit recently *in a bag, on the delicate cycle* and when I took it out, it had tons of stretch marks in it and it was completely ruined. She was crushed.

I now wash everything on HandWash/Wool cycle, Low spin, but it only reduces the stretching a little.

There is also a strange problem with the fabric softener and bleach dispensers where they dispense the products as you are adding them, causing stains. I have taken the dispenser tray apart and cleaned it thoroughly and looked for where it might be leaking and can't find anything. The baffling part is that it doesn't leak reliably it will go for months without a leak and then all of a sudden I can't keep fabric softener in it, then just as suddenly it will stop leaking. So frustrating.

We are looking for a new house and I hope you are getting an idea of how much I am looking forward to leaving this washer behind! Hate it hate it hate it!

Only the motor is warranted for 10 yrs.

To repair it will take over $1000 and 3 major parts.

One good looking wine chiller. Absolutely love the steel capped racking. It can store up to 32 bottles evenly with 16 bottles in the right zone and 16 bottles in the left zone. This is a compressor free vibration-free thermoelectric powered cooling type unit. My personal preference given the absence of vibration which can wreak havoc on older wines with softer corks. It also minimizes the drying effect of compressor coolers. The shelves can be taken out so I can put in bottles of varying sizes, but it still looks the best with all the racks installed.

I desperately wanted a dual-zone that would fit under the breakfast counter. I didn't need a built-in so this Whynter wine chiller was almost exactly what I had in mind. I'm smitten by the looks/pricing of this unit. Very cool. Nicely double packed for shipping and arrived quickly too.

I had a power outage and didn't realize the temperatures default back to the factory setting, I thought it was faulty but customer service did a great job explaining this to me. It's definitely a keeper.

This 32 bottle wine cooler looks amazing. When it is completely filled, it just looks impressive and very swanky. Luxurious is probably the first word that I would use to describe this Whynter wine cooler.

The dual-zones are exactly what I was looking for to store white and red wines. 32 bottles are for standard bottles, if you need to fit large champagnes bottles, you will obviously need to remove a shelf or two as required. Not sure what the buzz is over thermoelectric units.

After a couple of weeks of use I can't tell if it's any better than your compressor based. Either way it's proven to be good buy. It's currently used as a free-standing unit right in the dining room.

This wine cooler is the best period. My family was in the bar and restaurant business for 75 years. I know coolers large and small. All I can say is , you get what you pay for. Temp. it keeps it within acceptable parameters.. Noise level, unless you are standing next to it with no noise at all. Purrs like a cat. Got TV on or bunch of friends over you can't hear anything. As for capacity. 32 regular wine bottles yes. As for me, left side I took out 3 shelves for large bottles and white wine . Whites are always just a little longer if you don't drink it all you must stand up. Right side, took out 2 shelves. Prefer reds most of the time, except for sea food. Dual temp. forget it. 55 degs both sides. I am not a wine coinsure. If you like a white with a steak go for it. I have tasted a 500.00 bottle of wine and it sucked. Whites and reds taste the same to me at 55. One rule keep your paws of the glass, hold the stem.

this is a good product except for one flaw, it is too shallow to accept some of our wine bottles. we had to remove the bottom sliding shelf and stack the lager bottles on the floor of the cooler. had we know this we wouldn't have bought it. we will be returning it to the store.

Liebherr CI1650

Extremely expensive product that stops working properly after 2 years. Frost started to build up in the back panel of my freezer, called the customer service who said the warranty is only 2 years and only the closed loop system is covered up to 5 years. He promptly said the problem is unlikely the closed loop system because the freezer is cooling and said good luck. You pay 5 times the price to have things break in 2 years with no warranty. HORRIBLE.

I bought a CI 1650 a year ago and it has had nothing but problems.

--hinges failed due to unreasonably low weight limit for custom wood panels (25 lbs). Even at they service tells me not to put anything heavy on the door.

--ice build-up on the back wall of the freezer

--compressor failed knocking out whole upper compartment

--ice build-up again, replacement moisture sensor did not fix problem. It takes a month from call to repair as there is only 1 service provider in the whole city of San Francisco

--Doors naturally want to swing wide open instead of being made with a tendency to close. Refrigerator was open 1/4" overnight and water came out the bottom all over my new floor.

I hate this refrigerator and the company that is contracted for US Warranty Service. Why does it have to take so long to get service? Liebherr will not give me a replacement for this lemon.

BBought this fridge for 7.00$ at a second hand store because the previous owner didn't know about the low battery shut down and thought it was broken. This unit actually cools to a set temperature unlike thermo-electrics that only cool to 40' below the outside temperature. That means if you leave a t-e in 100' car your food is 60'. This one uses a real compressor which means it is the same as your home fridge in operation. It also uses less power than a t-e because it reaches temp and stops unlike a t-e which runs constantly. The turbo function gets it cold nearly as fast as ice so its ready to go fast. I sometimes run mine on a 12 porta power pack which makes it useable for outside use. Yeah its expensive but i drive a truck and it saved me 500$ easy in first year instead of eating out on road or buying ice. Hope that helps.
