Frigidaire Refrigerator Elbow Water Tube Connector 218518700

Frigidaire Refrigerator Elbow Water Tube Connector 218518700The product does what it needs to do. The problem is the price. A complete ripoff for such a small piece of plastic. This is how the manufacturers make their money unfortunately.

Smart Choice - Stainless Steel Waterline Installation Kit

Smart Choice - Stainless Steel Waterline Installation KitGot this after I bought a french door refridgerator. The line I had before was that non flexable copper line that would make me nervous every time i pulled out the fridge to clean, with this line being flexable and super strong i dont worry it will get a leak moveing the fridge out its area to clean.

KitchenAid 24 In. Black Dishwasher - KUDE20IXBL

KitchenAid 24 In. Black Dishwasher - KUDE20IXBLWe've had our new dishwasher for two weeks. It is EXTREMELY quiet and seems to hold more than our previous KitchenAid DW of 15 years as we don't seem to wash a load as often. One difference from our previous...even after having the "Heat/Dry" cycle ON, my first load left the dishes and stainless steel interior WET, whereas, I was used to them both being bone-dry. Could be the new technology doesn't dry them the same way. Anyway, I then added a rinse agent per the instructions that it would help with drying, and it did. Now the dishes and interior are much drier. Secondly, I had read previous comments about the outside control buttons being sensitive if you brush up against them--and they are! I have frequently 'started' the DW by accident. So I now keep the child Control Lock ON and only turn it off when I need to start a load. I also moved the upper rack up to the higher level to allow cookie sheets and larger items on the bottom rack, which still leaves plenty of room on the upper rack. The silverware caddy is ample but doesn't have a place for long items like my old one did. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

InterDesign Fridge Binz Deep Split Bin, Clear, 12-Inch by 4-Inch

InterDesign Fridge Binz Deep Split Bin, Clear, 12-Inch by 4-InchI absolutely love these products! They are an easy and efficient way to organize the fridge. I like to use them to help keep yogurt and other items like that from getting lost in the back of the refrigerator. They're a well made, solid product. Definitely recommend!

The fridge bin is a nice quality and is very helpfull in organizing my fridge. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recomend this product.

These bins are nice, very sturdy and easy to clean. They really help organize stuff in the fridge. My only negative is the price. Very pricey for just a bin.

I use these for keeping my meats and cheeses organized. Now, when I need a block of cheese or some bacon, I can simply take this bin out and find what I need right away rather than rifling through layers of food packages strewn about in the fridge. It also keeps the cheese from ending up way in the back of the fridge where it sometimes gets frozen. (Eww)

The plastic is pretty sturdy and easy to clean. Fits perfectly on the refrigerator shelf. All in all, I'm very happy with this product!

Itsa simple organizer box for the refrigerator, but it does its function. You have to use it in tall spaces if you want to organize bottle waters. I think the price is high.

Vinotemp VT-45 Dual-Zone 45-Bottle Front-Venting Wine Chiller, Stainless Steel

Vinotemp VT-45 Dual-Zone 45-Bottle Front-Venting Wine Chiller, Stainless Steel
  • Freestanding 45-bottle wine chiller with sliding wood shelves
  • Front-venting design allows for building in under a counter
  • Dual-zones for red and white wines; 2 separate controls
  • Thermal-glass door can be locked; digital display; interior light
  • Measures 23 by 24 by 34-1/2 inches; 1-year limited warranty

We paid for and expected a high-end dual zone wine refrigerator. That's what we thought we had when I installed it. The appearance is indeed nice. However, there are two problems. 1) Spacing is tight between the drawers. Some common size wine bottles cause the drawers to hang up. And, the tops of the bottles on the lower rack get hooked on the lower drawer, so opening the lower drawer pulls them out onto the floor. 2) After giving the unit two weeks to stabilize, we found that the red wine and white wine zones can't reach their warmer and cooler settings unless the settings are only a few degrees apart. There is an opening between the compartments. Cold from the white wine section (they set it up so the cooler temp rack is on top) spills to the lower section making the reds way to cold (or the whites to warm, if you change adjustment ranges). With the red zone set to 65 and the white zone to 45, the actual stabilized temperatures indicated on the read outs are 53 and 48. That's not much better than having all the wines in one refrigerator.

Buy Vinotemp VT-45 Dual-Zone 45-Bottle Front-Venting Wine Chiller, Stainless Steel Now

I concur with the previous review can't fit any slightly non-standard wine bottle, catches on other drawers, but most temperature. Somebody was not thinking when the put the hot under the cold and the cold above the hot. First can't meet the temperature you want, but completely illogical and wasteful of electricity. Unfortunately looking difficult to return as we ordered in Nov, but did not actually get installed until Feb.

And Vinotemp's customer service is absolutely non-existent, not returning any emails. Hence this review. Will probably think about reporting to those who give out "EnergyStar" awards. Suggest another category, "EnergyHogs" ok I'm an electrical/physics type and so the above infuriates me as this type of engineering is plain bad!!

So how do I really feel?

I purchased this product for installation under a coffee / wine bar in our lake home. It is a very nice looking unit, but I cannot recommend purchase.

First, this box lasted only 3 years, and then simply quit. I took it into a qualified repair shop who diagnosed the problem as being a defective control board. Read a little on the web about Vinotemp, and you will see I am not alone with this problem. The part is advertised on their website for $47, plus $10 shipping, but no parts are available I have been out of commission since the end of August, and today's new forecast for parts availability is "3-4 more weeks." My repair man and I have both been in contact with Vinotemp, but nothing specific can be said when I will have my replacement part and my unit back to duty.

When it did work, temperature fluctuations ran 5 degrees or so over or under the desired setting. This may bother some people, but for me and the "mid-range" wine I stock, no big deal.

Far more disappointing is the seeming poor product quality, and the proven poor quality parts support.

To do over, I would buy a free-standing (versus built in, which is front venting) unit, as there are many on the market at far more attractive price points.

I'd recommend getting a different brand name.

We have had this wine cellar installed for 2 months now and have been impressed with its performance. The temperature control works great on the unit we have and chills and keeps its temperature gradient as programmed. As would be expected, temperature is much more stable as the quantity of bottles increases in the fridge. The only complaint is the spacing between the shelves. The proximity of the draws on top of one another does not allow any larger than normal diameter bottles to fit without interfering with other shelves. I should mention that the display shelf will only accommodate bottles that are slightly shorter but not to much wider than average. Of 12 different bottles we tried, only one fit, while still allowing the shelf directly above to open.

Overall, great fridge, it looks fantastic and keeps our wine stored at the proper temperature.

This cellar is a great size and with the stainless steel front and wood at the front of the shelves, it looks great built in to my pantry. Obtained this cooler about a year ago and it looks great. As to the other reviews complaining about the cellar design being poor with the colder section for whites on the top and reds on the bottom, I think they're misthinking. Although you can't have a HUGE temperature span between the two sections, I don't find that I want that for storing my wines and I assume it was designed this way because it takes less energy to keep a small compartment cold than a large compartment. Sort of like having the little freezer at the top of your refrigerator maybe? It definitely has been maintaining my desired temperatures properly. Anyway, I think the display shelves are handy and this Vinotemp looks great! Definitely wasn't disappointed and don't think you will be either.

The gentleman I dealt with went above and beyond to help me. Any questions or inquiries I had he promptly responded immediately. I would use this gentleman for every purchase I make. However, the delivery company was unprofessional in every aspect. The delivery co. called me after they had delivered the product and asked me if I needed a vent and other things. Well, they used my old vent. So I guess I well see how that goes. The delivery company also left behind the empty large box and foam it was shipped in, in my driveway. Not very professional. I would not recommend this delivery company ever.

Koolatron WC12G Slim Countertop 12-Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cellar, Black

Koolatron WC12G Slim Countertop 12-Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cellar, Black
  • 12-bottle wine cellar with vibration-free, ultra-quiet, thermal-electric cooling system
  • Adjustable temperature control from 43 to 64 degrees F; energy-efficient operation
  • 5 slide-out wire chrome storage racks; on/off interior light; double tempered-glass door
  • Freestanding design; advanced heat-dissipation system; auto defrost
  • Measures 11-3/5 by 20-4/5 by 26 inches; 1-year limited warranty

I have the 16 bottle version of this, otherwise, its the same unit.

First of all, NONE of these are made for maturing your wine, they are only intended

for short term (not to exceed one year) storage.

They do not provide the constant temp and proper humidity needed to mature wine, so

if long term maturing of your expensive wine collction is needed, you do not want to

buy one of these.

What you need in that case is a EuroCave, and they start at $2,000.00!

Also, dont expect the temp in any of these "wine refrigerators" to be 55 if your room

temp is 80!! It is totally dependent of room temp. These units simply use the room air

and circulate it with fans, so the internal temp will fluctuate with the room temp.

Even the few units on the market with built in compressors which will refrigerate even

if the room temp is 90, fluctuate by several degrees.

Proper wine maturing requires CONSTANT even temp (plus or minus a few degrees only) over

a very long time period, several years!!

Also, NONE of these units are reliable, you will be very lucky to get 2 years of use out

of any brand of wine cooler. A $400.00 one is equally unreliable as a $100.00 unit, they may

just throw in a few extra features and gadgets.

If you have an expensive wine collection, you probably already know all this stuff, but if

you are just starting out, do not be impressed by the low prices of these coolers, ultimatly,

they will ruin your wines over the long haul.

If you only want a place to store your wine temporarily before you drink it, one of these will

be fine, much better then a wire rack in your basement (oh, and NEVER store wine in your kitchen!!)

But if you are a serious wine collector, save your money, bite the bullet, and buy a REAL wine

maturing and storage unit from EuroCave.

Remember, you get what you pay for!!

While the product seems decent, I had a terrible time with receiving it in one piece. The first shipment which came Ground UPS resulted in a corner of the refrigerator cracked off of it. Apparently the folks who send it out are highly opposed to actually wrapping it for shipment since it came in the box that you would find on the shelf in a store -without any additional packing. I called Amazon and told them and they said they'd send out another one overnight (but I would need to send back the broken one, which I did). I asked them to take some care to pack the one they were overnighting and the agent send she would add it to her notes to the shippers. Low and behold, the replacement fridge came overnighted free of charge, but again they did not back it for shipment. This time instead of having the corner cracked off, there was simply a hair-line crack on that same corner. It was spared because apparently overnight shipping requires less handling and bouncing around than Ground shipping.

Both models in spite of lack of care by the seller to pack it for cross country shipment worked when I plugged them in, but I will be curious for how long the wine refrigerator with the hairline crack will work since all of the jarring during shipment will surely have an impact on electronics. Unfortunately, since I had a custom build on my kitchen cabinets, I am stuck with this machine and just holding my breath that it will continue to work for a long while.

I would advise anyone who is even remotely thinking to buy this machine to look elsewhere if you want to spend money and receive something in one piece. Just a suggestion especially if you don't enjoy banging your head off the wall talking to attendants and re-wrapping returns.

I was quite inspired to write this review and hopefully spare someone a lot of trouble.

As the first review, I also received the product with the corner of the refrigerator cracked off of it.

The refrigerator also doesn`t has a panel to show the temperature, so it`s a very simple one. Would not recommend it.

I bought the cooler in October 2010. It is now December 2010 and it no longer works. The cooler never was very cold and is a very poor product. I guess the saying is right...."You get what you pay for!" I'll stick to books and small items when ordering from amazon because of the return policy. It is not worth it to return the product because its too expensive.

Hi

I ordered this item and yes its all very well that it showed up on time but the delivery company left it out in the rain. Then when it was checked to ensure all parts were present I found that the owner/operators manual or warranty information were both missing. This is unacceptable and could mean I will return for a full refund as I do not have the instructions to ensure its used correctly.

Dyson DC07 DC14 Low-reach Attachment Tool

Dyson DC07 DC14 Low-reach Attachment ToolAfter reading the reviews for this attachment for other Dyson models I felt I had to give it a try. I hated lugging the vacuum around in the kitchen because the footprint is just too big & clumsy to navigate around the kitchen furniture. This attachment does a superb job on vinyl & wood with the bristles extended. It reaches in between cabinet doors & the floor and under built-in appliances like the dishwasher. It also gets under the fridge where the main Dyson foot does not fit. It also does a great job on the stairs with the bristles retracted it really grabs the carpet with a tight seal!

My first complaint: Although the head swivels quite a bit to get into tight spots it doesn't swivel quite enough. I had a hard time getting between the side of my free-standing stove & the wall. I twisted every which way I could but could not maintain a seal at the very back corner.

My second complaint is that many of the attachments for the DC15 require the wand to be reversed leaving a very poorly designed "up-side-down" & uncomfortable handle to vacuum with (unless I'm doing somethig wrong? It comes with NO instructions so we made it fit the only way we could :). I have no idea why Dyson designed the vac this way it should have been obvious that this is an uncomfortable way of assembling the attachments.

We ordered this item direct from Dyson because we couldn't tell if the Amazon version would fit our vacuum. This attachment fits ONLY the DC15 don't order the wrong one!

Overall, since I love my Dyson, I have to give the attachment 4 stars. I'm glad I bought this item because now that I have it, I wouldn't want to be without it. Dyson should include this attachment with the vacuum -it's a pricey addition at $50 plus shipping!

I bought this to get under the bed and under other low objects. It took out tons of dust from under my bed. It works great. There is no "grooming" of the carpet, because there is not a rotating brush, but the suction is great and it will get all the junk under low things.

I recently purchased the Dyson Ball DC 25 Animal, after owning a Kenmore canister with power head for years. I knew I would need a tool to reach under my dressers and beds and this his does the trick! I'm still feeling a little awkward using the wand with the "refuses to cooperate" hose that makes me feel like an uncoordinated virgin housecleaner, but I will complain little because the darn thing makes dog and cat hair disappear like no other vac I've ever owned. This is a must-have tool is you are a neurotic cleaner, as my kids claim I am.

Koolatron KWC-25 Coca-Cola 28-Can-Capacity Portable Fridge with LED Display

Koolatron KWC-25 Coca-Cola 28-Can-Capacity Portable Fridge with LED Display
  • Countertop refrigerator chills up to 28 12-ounce cans of soda
  • Simple, front-access, push-button controls with LED read-out
  • Thermoelectric cooling system; adjustable temperature settings
  • Self-locking recessed door handle; front viewing window
  • Measures 14-3/5 by 14-1/5 by 19-4/5 inches

why i bought it: general purpose drink cooler for beer and sodas

packaging: light weight box, shipping foam on top and bottom, in plastic

whats in the box: the koolatron, 1 car adapter, 1 ac to dc power brick, instructions for use

first thoughts: the fridge is as awesome as pictured, full coke logos on the sides, COKE printed on the glass door, brilliant red plastic casing, awesome front door screen printing,

Instruction Oddities: the koolatron has two operating modes Normal and Mute witch require manual switching, per the directions you must clean the back fan ducts once a month to prevent burnout as there is a large air intake in the back. the internal circulation vents cannot be blocked, therefore its not possible to cool unit with as many cans as pictured. light up buttons as mentioned fail to mention that whats used for the lighting are actually insanely bright blue led's. 6 inch 180 rear clearance required for air circ AND the dc power brick must be ventilated. max cooling potential is listed as 8C but room temperature is a factor.

USE:

plug in the machine and the fans kick on with a nice little roar. In normal operation mode the unit is loud. will take 8 hours to cool to nominal temp in normal mode operation. for my unit this is 11C to 13C as my room can be high in humidity and around 70 to 75. once the unit gets to the designated tempflip the switch in the back to "mute mode" mute mode will hold the temp of the unit as best as possibleoperation in this mode is "whisper quiet". so far for cooling the unit keeps my sodas and beer chilled but not exactly "frosty"

USE ODDITIES:

1, the ac to dc power adapter is about the size of a brick and it gets extremely hot in "normal operation" mode, no really it get hot enough where you cant hold on to it for long so the adapter must be kept off the ground and away from anything that could catch fire, my koolatron lives on a craftsman rolling tool cart, so the adapter basically gets to sit on a steel plate with tons of airspace around it. In Mute mode, the power brick cools down considerably but is very warm to the touch

2, In both mute mode and Normal mode the unit constantly cycles in order to keep the temp down.

3. cant stand up a long neck beer with the shelf installed, so either you have to not use the shelf, or use cans only,or lay the beer on its side.

DO I LIKE:

i think the unit is ok, its got amazing looks but they need to improve the cooling spec as the repetitive cycling is excessive and the ac adapter needs a rework.

also the blue LEDS in the front are annoying at night as they light up the entire room if not coverd

This is the sweetest lil' fridge ever!!!! i love it! it keeps drink nice and cold (somewhere around 38-42 degrees i would say). the only bad thing about it, and its not really that bad, but, every 3 weeks or so, you have to drain the condensation collecting shelf on the bottom. if you dont.....it fills up and spills! not a big deal though, especially if you drink the cokes you put in there. just wait until you refill it with cokes every couple weeks and then dump it. its a small fridge, so it doesnt come with all the perks of a full size fridge. never-the-less, its a great little addition to a bonus room, game room or even a bedroom.

Read Best Reviews of Koolatron KWC-25 Coca-Cola 28-Can-Capacity Portable Fridge with LED Display Here

First off, I know this is not a true "refrigerator" but a thermo-electric cooler. If all you are using this for is to have ice cold drinks in a near room temperature room, this is perfectly fine.

I bought this fridge specifically to keep drinks cold in my media room. The room temperature is around 74-78 Fahrenheit throughout the day, and this fridge has no problem keeping 28 cans at 37-41 degrees F. It is even able to do this in its whisper quiet mode(low fan speed). The initial cool-down of the 28 cans took a good 8 hours, but afterward it didn't budge from ~40f even after adding a few warm cans, which is great. The walls also do a good job insulating the fridge to my surprise.

The build quality of the frame is pretty decent. The red plastic actually looks pretty nice and not cheap like I thought. It looks much classier and is a more attractive addition than just your standard mini-fridge (thus the price premium). The radiator and fan in the back are enclosed by a another thinner piece of plastic but it seems fine. The four buttons on the front glow a fairly bright blue color as does the LCD...this may be annoying to some people as the only way to shut off the lights is to shut off the entire unit (cooling and all), but this doesn't bother me too much. The first button is the master power on and off. The middle two buttons adjust the set temperature from 2-60 Celsius (about 35-140 Fahrenheit). The last button on the right turns on a small light inside that casts a nice looking glow across the cans...it illuminates the window nicely. The LCD screen reports the temperature inside the fridge at all times unless you adjust the temperature, at which point it shows you what the target temp is.

For the first few days I really loved the fridge, but I woke up one day and the LCD was reporting 54 degrees Celsius (129 Fahrenheit) for the cooler temperature. I opened the fridge and found everything still very cold like normal. It turns out the LCD screen just went crazy. It just kept reporting random temperatures from 30 65 Celsius. I'm guessing it was just a bad temperature sensor as the unit was still cooling fine. I notified Amazon and they immediately shipped me a replacement and scheduled a UPS pickup of my old one at no charge. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Overall, I love the fridge...just a little disappointed that I need to exchange it. Overall, I think it's a great product and makes a great addition to my theater room.

*******************UPDATE 11/23/2012***************

Well about 3 months ago (or about 2 years after purchase) the unit died and no longer turns on. Thankfully I bought a square-trade warranty for it and they refunded me the full purchase price! All of these little refrigerators die at some point it seems, so if you do decide to get it, get the twenty dollar warranty so you are prepared when it does finally break...

I, just like many people who have reviewed this ahead of me, had the same issue with it malfunctioning/dying after about 10 months.

It suddenly in the middle of the night started to blink on and off and the fan was no longer functioning.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, this item only has a 90 day warranty. So it is not returnable.

Also, while it worked, it was pretty nice, but you had to empty out a lot of water build up at the bottom at least once a week.

Now that it does not work anymore, I guess the only function it will now serve me is as a medicine cabinet I guess...

It is too bad.

I warn those of you who are considering to purchase this, know IT WILL DIE on you in less than a year.

Since it was a newer item 10 months ago, no one had known that it was going to be faulty like this...seems all of us who purchased this item 9 or 10 months ago are having this Fridge death issue.

So those of you who have not purchased this, consider yourself lucky!

This is a strange-looking fridge. Honestly one that I was not that proud to have in my office. But I overlooked that and embraced its kitsch, and used it as a daily-use fridge (24x7). That was 4 months ago.

About 1 month ago, it started to randomly shut off. We all know what happens when should-be-refrigerated things are not refrigerated. It became more and more frequent and now stays on for about 2 minutes at a time.

Look elsewhere for your daily use fridge.
