These bins are nice, very sturdy and easy to clean. They really help organize stuff in the fridge. My only negative is the price. Very pricey for just a bin.

I use these for keeping my meats and cheeses organized. Now, when I need a block of cheese or some bacon, I can simply take this bin out and find what I need right away rather than rifling through layers of food packages strewn about in the fridge. It also keeps the cheese from ending up way in the back of the fridge where it sometimes gets frozen. (Eww)

The plastic is pretty sturdy and easy to clean. Fits perfectly on the refrigerator shelf. All in all, I'm very happy with this product!

Itsa simple organizer box for the refrigerator, but it does its function. You have to use it in tall spaces if you want to organize bottle waters. I think the price is high.

Sanyo BC1206 Kegerator Beer Cooler

Sanyo BC1206 Kegerator Beer Cooler
  • Cooler with 6-1/2-cubic-foot capacity; holds up to 1/2 keg
  • CO2 tap system with Sankey keg tapper, pressure gauge, regulator, and draft arm
  • Black exterior with 4 casters for portability
  • Includes cleaning kit and beer FAQ guide
  • Measures 23-5/8 by 37 by 25 inches

I chose the Sanyo because I heard the Haier model has problems getting down below 40 degrees. This one has no problems keeping a half barrel ice cold. This is a great looking keg cooler that comes with pretty much eveything you need. The only cons are the vinyl tube clips are cheap plastic that don't get tight enough, and the drip tray is also a cheap plastic tray. I immediately replaced these with metal and just bought a double regulator (it comes with a good Taprite single regulator) so I can gauge the remaining CO2 in the tank.

Free shipping saved about $140!

Buy Sanyo BC1206 Kegerator Beer Cooler Now

The Sanyo Beer Cooler really has no competition in it's price range, so they were apparently able to cut corners during manufacturing. First let me say that it dispenses draft beer, so it'll pay for itself in about 6 kegs.

But here are my complaints with it: 1. The door doesn't close perfectly, there's never a tight seal even after trying to clean the gaskets. Which may lead to 2. It doesn't get cold enough. I like my beer somewhat warm, so i't not a huge deal for me, but not everyone does and this can't get cold without leading to problem 3. The inside-back of the fridge FREEZES up. Without a keg in it (or I use soda kegs sometimes) the ice block gets so big there's no way to get a full-size keg in. If you leave a keg in there long enough, the ice will actually form over the keg so you need to break it off to remove keg. It's a pain.

So why did I give it 4 stars? Because there's nothing else I can recommend for the same price. And you get fresh DRAFT beer at 1/2 the price of canned or bottled and don't have to worry about recycling or going to the liquor store every weekend.

This Sanyo kegerator is a great little fridge. It has the capacity for a 1/2 barrel keg with the include 5# CO2 cylinder inside if you want to get a keg from your local liquor store, or you can use it for 5 gal corny kegs filled with homebrew. You can fit two standard corny kegs side by side in the fridge with the CO2 bottle. There is floorspace for 4 corny kegs or 3 & the CO2 bottle, but the top of the fridge in the back dips down about an inch too low to fit a corny keg under it. Easiest solution is to chop off half of the rubber handle on the corny keg and you can fit in two front to back with a full 6 gal carboy & airlock next to them or another corny keg. It works great for lagering and is a pretty good unit overall. The CO2 regulator that is included is single gauge (dispense pressure) but a second gauge for CO2 bottle pressure can easily be attached.

it is a good beer dispenser, very cold beer, nice looking unit. most of the parts are good quality. had the haier(spelling issue) unit before, always had problems. this sanyo, so far, has exceeded the expectations. the larger cooling panel is very helpful and needed. the only complaint I have is the shipping. unit arrived very beat up and battered. not sanyo nor amazon's fault, just a common problem with anything shipped UPS. will attempt to get a resolution to that in the comming days. I will keep you posted. other very minor complaints, screw holes are not lined up well at all. you will be best advised to tap your own holes before screwing anything down. instructions are rather poor. if you don't already know about kegorators you will not know how to run this, research co2 adjustments and pressures first. the castors on the bottom should be locking. easy enough replacement if you have any handyman ability. but manufacturer should have thought about that first. and as you've read in other reviews, the drip pan is extremely half arsed and cheap.

amazon continues to be the best place on line to buy at the best price. i looked for this product at the best price for a while. when amazon finally put it online i jumped on it. as compaired to other purchases and the speed of delivery this is last. it took three business days for it to be shipped and i ended up driving 50 miles to the shipper to pick it up. all in all it was worth the kegerator.

amazon don't use eagle USA, they smear your reputation!

Maytag Ice2O MFX2571XEW 36 25 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator, White

Maytag Ice2O MFX2571XEW 36 25 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator, WhiteI like this fridge, but I am having a hard time forgiving the engineers for the DUMB, DUMB "temp" button on the LED display which shoudl read OFF not temp and not even be there. THIS is an ALL OFF button above the water fill button. We lost ALL of our food the day after thanksgiving because an unwitting guest turned off the fridge (who knows?) . It is easy to hit while holding the door open for 3 seconds. The only indication after a discreet chime is 9 point font says "cooling off" but the LED display Is still on, leading you to believe the frige is actually on. Sometimes less is more, that's why they have plugs, there should be at least three screens and you turning off the fridge and the freezer.

17.7 cu. ft. Designer All Refrigerator

17.7 cu. ft. Designer All Refrigerator
  • 17.7 cu. ft. capacity all refrigerator
  • Frost-free operation
  • Dual see-thru vegetable crispers with glass cover
  • Ample door shelving and tall bottle storage
  • Reversible door hinge for left or right hand opening

While I love having an all-refrigerator the appearance on delivery wasn't what I expected. Having nothing to do with the performance of the appliance there are dents all along both sides along the bottom and the butter keeper door is broken upon delivery. There were no indications of damage on the box it came in so I believe the damange happened before it was shipped. I was under the impression that I would be receiving a NEW appliance for the price I paid for it NOT a scratch and dent item!! All in all it does work beautifully and the sides where the dents are are hidden. I can do without the butter keeper cover.

Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer

Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer, WhiteI own the Cuisinart Power Advantage 5-Speed Handheld Mixer since early April 2009 and I am quiet happy with it thus far. In all fairness, this is my second handheld mixer and my previous mixer (Proctor Silex 62535 Bowl Rest 5-Speed Mixer, White) was a very weak mixer, which simply did not have the power to mix any semi-thick dough. This Cuisinart mixer has significantly more power (220 Watts) and has little trouble mixing most dough, excluding bread dough of course. This mixer has an automatic feedback mechanism which was the main reason I decided to purchase it. Unlike most mixers which supply their motors with different electric powers at different settings, this mixer supplies electric power partially based on the mixing speeds. In other words, it will supply an extra burst of power to the motor when the mixing speed is slow, like mixing tough dough. It only does so temporarily to avoid over heating the motor. It has five speed settings, which is exactly what I want. For those who like additional speed settings, there is the Cuisinart HM-70 Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer, Stainless and White. Keep in mind, their top speeds are the same as they are both powered by a 220 Watts motor. In my opinion, the slow speed setting of this mixer is a bit too fast. Beside the power, the mixer has three other features which I like a lot. First, it can sit nicely on a mixing bowl (when the power is off). Second, the power cord can swing left or right to allow the unit to securely sit upright. I have uploaded two customer images to illustrate this. Third, the beaters are easy to clean. Finally, the beaters can be effortlessly ejected by using the level. Looking at the photo, you may think this mixer has a semi-dull black. In reality, it has a shiny glossy black, which I think, looks even better. For those who prefer white color there is the: Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer, Stainless and White

In summary, this is a powerful and affordable handheld mixer (not powerful compared to stand mixers)

Update:

I do have one compliant. Years ago, customers were able to take their home appliances apart to fix them. Unfortunately, this mixer is not one of those. Cuisinart have sealed off the screw holes and prevented customers from opening up the mixer. My mixer was making some scratchy noises and I could tell it just needed some machine oil/lubrication. Instead of taking the unit apart and adding oil, I had no choice but to pour the oil from outside through the exhaust fan hole, hoping it will get to the place. It did somewhat, and now the noise has been minimized. However, it should have been more straightforward than this.

I still think this is a very nice mixer for its utility and affordable price, and I would still strongly recommend other potential buyers to consider it. However, it would have been nicer if the screw holes are not sealed.

*Update on late Nov 2009*: The mixer is still working fine -bought it since April 2009. The scratchy metal noise has not come back for some time. By the way, I use this mixer about 3 times per month for cookies and pastries. I hope this illustrates how often this mixer is being used. I am very satisfied with the product thus far.

*Update on Jun 26, 2010*: Still working fine.

*Update on May 31, 2011*: Still working.

*Update on Jan 05, 2012*: Still working

I got this mixer after my old one died. I dislike the "low" speed as it is almost as fast as my old mixer's high speed! For me, the purpose of a hand mixer is to mix light products, such as puddings and cakes and things that require more than a whisk. A low speed is needed to start out, and there is no low speed on this model. This is a major drawback as far as I am concerned. Aside from that, it is a lovely mixer, but not completely useful!

Buy Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer Now

Bought this Cuisinart HM-50 Power Advantage 5-Speed Hand Mixer after another from a different manufacturer had conked out, even after simple light use. Decided then to go for a quality replacement, and haven't regretted this choice at all, plus it's quite handy... get it?

Bad pun aside, this kitchen appliance is a favorite, and has had a lot of use. Have found its five speeds to be quite adequate, and its 220-Watt motor to be up to the task. If you want more power and a greater range of speeds, there is the Cuisinart HM-70 Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer, which is also highly rated.

This handy (here we go again) appliance easily mixes even heavier ingredients than one might expect, and the one-touch slide control changes speeds easily. The supplied extra-long beaters (more on these in a moment) eject easily, and clean up quite well in a dishwasher, as should be expected.

Like larger stands mixers, there are a few (handy) accessories and implements available, such as the versatile CHM-WSK Chef's Whisk, great for making whipped cream, and the CHM-DH Set of 2 Dough Hooks. But of special note, must state that I also purchased an extra HTM-BTR-357 Beater Set.

This beater set wasn't bought as a replacement of the originals, but because they are quite multipurpose. I ordered the second pair, for the sole purpose of mixing paints, and they do a splendid job.

Who said that a (handy) kitchen tool can't be multipurpose? This is a 5-star choice for sure.

I have had a lot of hand mixers over my life and I would call myself a happy senior citizen now, but the Cuisinart HM-50BK hand mixer is the best ever! I really like the beaters. They don't have the center bar and it whips things up before you know it. It is very powerful, too. It whips up thick cookie dough with no problem.

If you are looking for a new hand mixer then this is it! Thank you.

I had a Cuisinart hand mixer for 10 years and loved it. I thought this new one would be just like my old one. It's only problem, which is big, is that it has no low speed. Speed 1 beats so fast that everything flys out of the bowl.

Amana Refrigerator Door Gasket 12550115Q

Amana Refrigerator Door Gasket 12550115Qdelivery was fine.

the seal was worse than I took off there is still a gap in the door and we followed instructions.

It is not the easy to replace but that could be a manufacturers issue.

Worked like a charm. Sized just right for our application. Directions were easy to follow and the real trick is the blow dryer to soften it up a bit to get it to lose the wrinkles and seal tight.

Price was very good and below other sources. Item was well packaged. Instructions included with unit. Very important to warm gasket up first. Youtube videos helped.

PUR W10186667 Push-Button Refrigerator Water Filter

PUR W10186667 Push-Button Refrigerator Water FilterIt seems there are a LOT of misuderstandings in these reviews. If you own a Sears refridgerator it IS a Whirlpool, or Kitchen Aid, or whatever else with a "Kenmore" name plate on it. Sears doesn't make their appliances and they purchase appliance from varios companys and put their "Kenmore" brand on it. I have a Whirlpool fridge, Whirlpool dishwaher, and GE microwave. They all say Kenmore and the stainless stell matches perfectly. A Sears sales rep will tell you who makes the specific unit. This is true for Kenmore washers & dryers as well, all appliance. Secondly, Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Kenmore, etc. do not make the filters. Sears, Whirlpool, etc. sell the filter with their markings on it. PUR make the filter. This is not a cheaper replacement for the filter, it is the same filter. I have been using PUR filters bought on-line for 5 years now and it is the same filter that came in the refridgerator when I bought it. The only thing to keep in mind is that the "universal PUR Filter", that fits all push button, in the grill units, does not have the same filtration as the the specific PUR filter that comes with the fridge. For example the "Universal" filter is about $26 on Amazon and my fridge came with a PUR 4396710 which cost about $32 on Amazon. Both will work, but the $32 unit filters out about 11 types of impurities, the $26 unit is 4 types. I buy the 4396710 to protect my 2 year old and wife. What is $7 more when it's your family's health. They are about $50 each at Sears.

I hope this information helps clear up some misconceptions and helps people make an educated decision on what to buy.

If you go to PUR's website, you'll find that this filter handles only 4 problem areas: (chlorine, sediment, lead, o-dichlorobenzene).

The more expensive #4396710 Kitchenaid/Whirlpool deals with 11 problem areas (the side of the box lists all these in detail: (chlorine, particulates, lead, mercury, benzene, o-dichlorobenzene, toxaphene, asbestos, cysts, turbidity, atrazine).

The strange thing is that the PUR website only seems to show the cheaper filter and its attendant 4 areas of filtering. It may just be my ineptness, but I couldn't find the other better filter on their website.

My wife, wanting the best water, always opts for the more expensive filter. It's around $60 in local area markets. I just ordered one from Amazon a couple of weeks ago for $35 delivered; other internet dealers carry it for around the same price.

First time changing filter. Not sure if all do this, but when i changed, we had extremely high pressure. Im guessing it was acting like there wasnt a filter in at all. Caused water to keep flowing a bit (without pressing).

After that strangeness, took about 6 pitchers to get airbubbles out of filter, etc.

Kenmore and Whirlpool are the samer thing more or less. Works fine now its been in use.

Definately cheaper than getting the kenmore one

It perfectly replaces the original Kenmore filter Model: 09030. Sears web site sells 09030 for $54.98. I signed up for subscription with Amazon and my cost is $26.00. Significant savings.

I purchased this filter for my Kenmore side-by-side, which I got from Sears in late 2007. The "official" part number for the water filter my fridge uses is 9030. It is a Pur brand filter.

This one is indeed the correct size/fit; and, as others have mentioned, is much cheaper than getting the one with the Kenmore brand stamped on it. Buy with confidence!
