Maytag Dryer Lint Catcher Filter Screen 37001142

The lint filter is a match for my Maytag Dryer. Did not come with the felt liner. Haven't determined if that is a good thing or not.

Fits my Admiral Dryer perfectly!! My dryer is now working a lot better... drys faster...good quality. Did research online before purchasing this one...is the same model 37001142 for my Admiral.

Lint. It's everywhere but you can't necessarily see it unless it's 4PM on a sunny afternoon and your front window faces west. Shafts of light stream through that window to reveal that lint is everywhere. To use a word I learned in college, lint is ubiquitously everywhere all over the house redundantly covering already linted clothes. EXCEPT now, in the dryer, where a new lint filter has been installed and has effectively removed lint while my clothes dry in what they call the tumbling doom hell of heat and noise. The clothes are happier afterwards but still complain about the process. Anyway, the dryer is years old and yet Maytag still has a filter that fits perfectly and does the job. Dog hair. It's everywhere.......

Needed a replacement badly. Saw this online at Amazon and ordered it right away. Really wasn't too sure it would work. As usual it came right on time and dropped right in. Fit is perfect, product does everything it is supposed to. Our old Maytag Dryer is a high capacity beast, and dries cloths really well. Not quite ready to replace the old boy yet.

We had been struggling with an old filter which had been falling apart for a long time. We have not had a lot of success ordering parts online but the old filter was so bad we had to do something so we ordered. The filter fits perfectly and it is so nice to know that when do the laundry we no longer have to struggle with the old filter!

Swift Green Filters SGF-G1 Refrigerator Water Filter

I gave this puppy a shot to replace the OEM GE filter. This turned out to be an OMG filter, as it failed to filter the heavy chlorine dose in the water which the local municipality dumped in after the wind storm 6/29/2012. I overnighted a GE OEM and water is clean as a whistle. The Swift filter might be fine now (i.e. maybe it was just a heavy chlorine dump by WSSC), but I am over it for $5 difference every 6 months. Others seem pleased so it may be just me. I was always suspicious when reading about the faster water flow when compared to GE OEM. It does come out faster with Swift (no pun intended).

I bought this to use in lieu of the MWF GE SmartWater filters that seem to have gone up 35% in price since I bought my refrigerator 6 years ago. Usually I can find a good deal or an annual GE rebate offer to get SmartWater filters, but not in the past few months when I knew my filter would need replacement. This fits perfectly. You have to push it up with a little more force, and then turn it. I didn't soak it underwater for 15 minutes as directed I just spent about 1 minute filling it up with water and set it on the counter, came back about 5 minutes later and topped it off, then came back a couple minutes later and installed it. No problems and no air at all.

Two things on the packaging are questionnable.

1) There is no mention of the filter meeting Standard 53, however the filtration of the items covered under that standard are given (with percentage of filtration) on the side of the box. I feel confident in the product since it does actually list the filtration levels for those items, but it does create doubt. (minus 1/2 star)

2) The box specifically says "Not for sale in California" yet Amazon obviously had no problem selling it to me and at least one other reviewer here is in California. I can't figure out what the issue is there...perhaps there is some California certification that is doesn't meet? I don't know...and don't really care, but it is an interesting fact.

All in all, I find it a good product and will write a follow-up review should I notice any problems. Minus 1-star for lack of documentation overall and lack of Standard 53 actually being noted anywhere on the packaging or documentation with the product.

Now if only the 2-pack or 3-pack would ever come in stock so I could get a more significant discount!

It has been about a month since we received and installed our filter. Installation was not difficult. The supplied O-ring is a little thin, manufacturer could improve on this area, other than that the filter is of good quality. Water flow did increase when we installed and had a small amount of water leak until O-ring sealed, maybe 2-3 tablespoons of water.

The water hole needs slight enlargement to fit my GE Profile. I put a scissor inside the hole and turned several round to peel off a tiny layer of plastics. And it worked. It's a less expensive alternative to the GE parts.

I bought one for my daughter's dorm. Works perfectly, she has had it for almost a year now and it has given her no grief. Best thing is the freezer compartment. Most of the fridges we looked within this size and price range did not have a freezer or a freezer just big enough for a tray of ice cubes. This one has enough room for her to put a small package (ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, I am not sure if a pint will fit in though).

It come with magnets, very handy to stick something important on the fridge. (Don't forget the messy dorm rooms). The dry erase board works, but not that well, but who buys a fridge to use as a note pad or a writing board?

This refrigerator is not a refrigerator because refrigerators keep things cold. This is a room temperature box with a door acting like a fridge. This is a waste of money. I have it on the coldest setting and it sits there and does nothing. All it does is spoil my milk. I hate this product.

We paid for and expected a high-end dual zone wine refrigerator. That's what we thought we had when I installed it. The appearance is indeed nice. However, there are two problems. 1) Spacing is tight between the drawers. Some common size wine bottles cause the drawers to hang up. And, the tops of the bottles on the lower rack get hooked on the lower drawer, so opening the lower drawer pulls them out onto the floor. 2) After giving the unit two weeks to stabilize, we found that the red wine and white wine zones can't reach their warmer and cooler settings unless the settings are only a few degrees apart. There is an opening between the compartments. Cold from the white wine section (they set it up so the cooler temp rack is on top) spills to the lower section making the reds way to cold (or the whites to warm, if you change adjustment ranges). With the red zone set to 65 and the white zone to 45, the actual stabilized temperatures indicated on the read outs are 53 and 48. That's not much better than having all the wines in one refrigerator.

I concur with the previous review can't fit any slightly non-standard wine bottle, catches on other drawers, but most temperature. Somebody was not thinking when the put the hot under the cold and the cold above the hot. First can't meet the temperature you want, but completely illogical and wasteful of electricity. Unfortunately looking difficult to return as we ordered in Nov, but did not actually get installed until Feb.

And Vinotemp's customer service is absolutely non-existent, not returning any emails. Hence this review. Will probably think about reporting to those who give out "EnergyStar" awards. Suggest another category, "EnergyHogs" ok I'm an electrical/physics type and so the above infuriates me as this type of engineering is plain bad!!

I purchased this product for installation under a coffee / wine bar in our lake home. It is a very nice looking unit, but I cannot recommend purchase.

First, this box lasted only 3 years, and then simply quit. I took it into a qualified repair shop who diagnosed the problem as being a defective control board. Read a little on the web about Vinotemp, and you will see I am not alone with this problem. The part is advertised on their website for $47, plus $10 shipping, but no parts are available I have been out of commission since the end of August, and today's new forecast for parts availability is "3-4 more weeks." My repair man and I have both been in contact with Vinotemp, but nothing specific can be said when I will have my replacement part and my unit back to duty.

When it did work, temperature fluctuations ran 5 degrees or so over or under the desired setting. This may bother some people, but for me and the "mid-range" wine I stock, no big deal.

Far more disappointing is the seeming poor product quality, and the proven poor quality parts support.

To do over, I would buy a free-standing (versus built in, which is front venting) unit, as there are many on the market at far more attractive price points.

I'd recommend getting a different brand name.

We have had this wine cellar installed for 2 months now and have been impressed with its performance. The temperature control works great on the unit we have and chills and keeps its temperature gradient as programmed. As would be expected, temperature is much more stable as the quantity of bottles increases in the fridge. The only complaint is the spacing between the shelves. The proximity of the draws on top of one another does not allow any larger than normal diameter bottles to fit without interfering with other shelves. I should mention that the display shelf will only accommodate bottles that are slightly shorter but not to much wider than average. Of 12 different bottles we tried, only one fit, while still allowing the shelf directly above to open.

Overall, great fridge, it looks fantastic and keeps our wine stored at the proper temperature.

This cellar is a great size and with the stainless steel front and wood at the front of the shelves, it looks great built in to my pantry. Obtained this cooler about a year ago and it looks great. As to the other reviews complaining about the cellar design being poor with the colder section for whites on the top and reds on the bottom, I think they're misthinking. Although you can't have a HUGE temperature span between the two sections, I don't find that I want that for storing my wines and I assume it was designed this way because it takes less energy to keep a small compartment cold than a large compartment. Sort of like having the little freezer at the top of your refrigerator maybe? It definitely has been maintaining my desired temperatures properly. Anyway, I think the display shelves are handy and this Vinotemp looks great! Definitely wasn't disappointed and don't think you will be either.

I just installed a Maytag dishwasher in my new kitchen. The instructions tell you to use this bracket when installing with a granite or Corian counter top. Looking at the picture I realized they don't look alot different from the top mounting brackets. I looked at the dishwasher sides and it has the same slots as on top. I installed the top brackets in the side slots, slid the dishwasher in and drove in the screws. One bracket went beyond the cabinet and was visible on the outside. I cut it flush with the cabinet and BINGO!. Dishwasher secured. Try this before getting the brackets here. May be a waste of time and money...

Kit came as advertised. Just wished they threw these in with the rest of the dishwasher. However, these side brackets fastened easily to the cabinet sides and hold our dishwasher rock-solid in place.

Can anybody post pictures of their insalled side brackets? I JUST dont get it. I can see that you bend the back tabs to sercure to tub but then it looks like in the diagram the its bent again to go around the front of the cabinet. It doesnt say in the instructions to make that second bend.

I used an under counter adhesive bracket to secure the dishwasher to a granite countertop. The brackets came loose over a short time. These brackets should be standard in every dishwasher kit when installing with granite or other hard surface counter top. Brackets did what they should do. They prevent the dishwasher from tipping with the door open.

The mounting kit worked as well as it is supposed to but getting there was difficult. These are for cupboards that have granite countertops and mount on the side walls of the cupboard to keep the dishwasher from falling out. The diagrams were practically useless and we ended up guessing on how they should be attached. They work great but should have been included in the price of the dishwasher as so many houses now have granite or marble counters. Great shipping.

It's an inline water filter.

Be sure to make flat and not angular cuts on your tubing if that's the installation method you choose. My cut was not exactly square on the line coming from the fridge. When the water was turned on I heard a bit of air escape from the fridge end of the filter where my uneven cut was. By the time I could reach to that area the water pressure blew the connection out and I had black carbon filter water shooting around the kitchen. You have to laugh. Especially when it's my career to maintain complex hardware on a daily basis. Once I got the water turned off and the spill cleaned up I cut the tubing squarely and reinstalled. Been without issue since. It do what it do if I do my part.

I'm sure the filter itself is decent enough, but I never even got that far. The product comes with plastic quick-disconned fittings that get fastened to the copper tubing by compression. Problem is the compression nut is brass, and the fitting is plastic. If you dont' have the threads exactly lined up, it is extremely easy to strip the threads. Which I did... Haven't looked yet how available a replacement quick-disconnect fitting is, but my guess is not readily available. Recommend to GE that they make the quick disconnects out of brass or something more robust than plastic.

I have been happily using the GXRTQ aka GXRTQR filter for years but I am told it is being discontinued by GE. So I bought a Whirlpool WHKF-IMPLUS instead and it works fine as a replacement! Just be sure to transfer the screw-in quick connect adapters from the GXRTQ filter body to the Whirlpool filter, and you're good to go. Don't forget to use a bit of teflon tape on the threads.

This isn't at all what I expected to receive and I called Wine Enthusiast about the problem. I was told that the doors are actually mirrored and that I hadn't received anything incorrect, and that they are all this way. I was told that the doors on the stainless steel model are lightly tinted. I asked if I could buy doors from the stainless steel unit and was told that they aren't interchangeable.
