I was very happy with the purchase of this fridge. I love the freezer being on the bottom. Also Love the French doors style fridge. Doors are large enough to HOld milk and 2 liter soda bottles. Shelves are glass and very easy to clean up spills.

The water dispenser is inside the fridge on the side wall. This is great as you dont lose the space by having the dispenser in the door. The quality of this fridge is very great. If you are looking for a french door style fridge I would highly recommend this style as it works very well.

The door also has a sensor that goes off if the door is left open which is great if you have kids who leave doors open. There is also an ice maker that works great.

This fridge is good for a large family and holds lots of food items. Fridge is also available in Black and stainless steel.

I purchased the Bosch refrigerator when the previous fridge died. It had the fewest on-line complaints and was actually made in the U.S. rather than Mexico. While it's really too soon to actually rate this refrigerator because I only just got it a week ago, here are some things that i've found:

1. The stainless steel isn't actually stainless so fridge magnets will stick.

2. The stainless look is on the doors only, sides are dark brown.

3. The ice maker makes plenty of ice.

4. The water line for the dispenser freezes often so no water comes out. (This doesn't seem to affect the ice maker though.) Don't set the controls below the settings shown in the manual. If your kitchen is cool the fridge temperature may have to be increased.

5. The produce and deli drawers take up a lot of room. So tall bottles aren't able to stand up. Also if you don't purchase mostly produce you'll be surprised at how little room is left over.

6. Both doors must be open to access any of the compartments.

7. The warning beeper sounds for about five (very long) minutes after you shut the door (if you've left it open too long). This is quite annoying.

8. The Sears installers will scratch the doors putting the handles on. (They don't level the fridge either.)

9. Six 12-pack cases of cans fit just right with no wasted space.

10. There is no positive indication that you've pressed any of the buttons and the mode selected is sometimes not clear.

11. It's very quiet.

12. The display shows only the settings. A thermometer(s) will still be needed to know what the inside temperature is.

13. Everything inside is very well lit.

We bought a Bosch fridge 2 weeks ago after our 9 yr old Maytag fridge stopped working. NEVER buy a side by side Maytag fridge!! NOTHING but trouble 2 weeks after the 1 yr warranty was up. Compressor finally quit after 9 years, lost 100's of dollars in food, paid $100 to fix the fridge every 6 months.

Anyways, purchased a Bosch B26ft fridge w/french doors & water dispenser/ice maker. First of all, it is clean and beautiful in our kitchen. There is a lot of space for various sizes and shapes of food and food container. Maintains constant temperature with little fluctuation. I LOVE the water dispenser and ice maker. We had this in our other fridge, but the ice and water always had a background taste. The bottom mount freezer is fantastic. Very easy to organize items and therefore, you can store much more.

The only possible down side is that the exterior is easily fingerprinted/smudged. Considering the use of a fridge is to keep food stored properly, I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. I will update my review after 1 year.

I purchased this from Sears with good discount. I was happy with the cost. It was scheduled for delivery after 20 days. I was nervous investing that much on a refrigerator. But when Sears folks delivered and installed it well, and I was not disappointed.

PROS:

1-Looks, it makes your kitchen a lot more sellable. Ready for HGTV?

2-Inside is roomy

3-Well lit

4-Ice and water outlet is flat and looks very modern. It is touch sensitive, not push sensitive. Just touch onto the buttons, they come off.

5-Water coming out of the dispenser is filtered and has very pleasant taste. Filter is inside the frig easy to access. It is very small, won't take space.

6-Flexible interior adjustment: you can move few thing around, and fit a Heineken keg easily.

7-temperature separated sections: Upper part has 3 temperature separated sections.a-Regular larger section b)vegetables section which keep veggies moist and cooler c) deli section, which keeps meat coolest.

8-Freezer is roomy with one large bottom section, and one drawer to put boxy stuff in orderly manner.

9-External light is pleasantly lit and ambient: yet to find a way to keep it lit nonstop, but blue water-ice outlet light is very nice in dark.

10-The Ice maker does not take the entire inside section of the right door where ice dispense is located outside. It is so well designed that you can still use the inside shelf located in front of the dispenser part of the fridge. most of the other brands use the dedicate that section for ice machine.

11-Best buy for a luxury frig under $2,500.

1Due to nature of french-doors, the doors do not self close, Therefore, you have to give a light push to ensure that the doors close, which outlines the alarm issue many users are complaining about. But, if you close the doors properly, alarm will not sound, period. So, close the doors.:)

2-A bit pricier than average regular frig, but this is not an average frig. This is a Bosch and this model cost twice as much in Europe.

3Stainless steel stains, but this is the nature of the stainless steel. If this is a concern for you, avoid stainless steel fridges.

We have had this fridg for a month now and we love it with the exception of two things:

The ice maker CAN NOT KEEP UP with a weekend full of iced down drinks. The receptable holder is very small and after a morning of cokes and dp's it's empty! And it takes forever to fill up again. A real flaw for a product that costs this much.

Also, the alarm is a bit of a pain. It seems to go off in a hap-hazzard mode. Sometimes it waits the full minute when the door is open to chime. Other times you can just walk into the room and open the door to get out butter and it goes off. I find that annoying actually.

Otherwise, it's definitely state of the art. Lots of room and adjustable shelves and it's very classy looking and would jazz up any kitchen. We didn't need a new fridg, we are just upgrading and we kept our old Amana as well, for the garage. We are going to need the ice from that ice maker, I assure you. But I definitely would recommend buying this product if you really need the "french door" type of fridg to make it work. So much more "high end" than most of the national brands, and much better looking, inside and out. We also purchased their induction cooktop, which we hope we live long enough to have delivered NOT broken. So far we have returned three due to the glass being broken when in shipping!

This is a Great Fridge with a slight design problem on the ice maker. If your ice maker stop working, the reason for it is not that it broke but rather it just somehow froze in so the moving parts stop moving!

Do the following: physically remove the ice maker from the refrigerator for about 1 1/2 hour. It will give it a chance to defrost it. Pour out the remainder of the water from the plastic housing re install the ice-maker as it was and here you go! It will work again! Try this! It will work! It work for me! I had the repair man replace the unit under warranty and after the nonworking unit melted out it worked again! Little inconvenience but it will work and it is free!!!!!!

The fridge is rather large for a dorm room, but works perfectly once shared between two people. The freezer compartment is pretty big, but I personally have problems with keeping it properly shut. Also, the bottom of the freezer compartment collects water and the fridge inside keeps getting messy..

This is a substitute replacement for my Kenmore refrigerator actuator arm. Sears price was $87, but I got it from Amazon for $40. It fit perfectly and I received it in about three days from ordering. I dreaded installing it because it looked like I would have to tear into the water dispenser. My concern, what if I dismantled the dispenser, couldn't put it back together and then had to call Sears?! So, I gave it a try.

I removed the drip tray but there were no screws at the bottom of the module cover like the instructions indicated. I had to carefully pry out the bottom of the cover, then push down from the top and the cover popped off, no problem. One issue, the cover was still attached to the dispenser module by a ribbon cord. I couldn't figure out how to detach it so I left it on. The cover just dangled while unscrewed the three screws at the top of the module. I carefully wiggled out the module and pulled out the water tube. Then the module pulled out further so I could work on it.

I detached the red/black wire plug and had to cut it because it ran behind a little box. I unscrewed two small screws holding the broken actuator arm side prongs and then removed the broken arm. There was a spring arm that I had to make sure was in front of the actuator arm front prong. It allows the actuator arm to spring back so it's not constantly turning on the water. It was an easy thing to do.

Placing the water tube back in the water tube hole in the dispenser seemed impossible. I struggled with it for awhile then realized it would naturally go back into place as I screwed the module back on the refrigerator. It turned out to be simple once I realized the tube would just go back in place. I checked the water dispenser hole once I put in all the screws and I could see the tube was good to go.

The entire job was easy. It probably took me longer than most folks because I was very cautious and fooled around with the water tube way too long before figuring it out.

Easy job, saved me hundreds by doing it myself. To have a repairman come to the house would have been $100 just for the person to get to the house. Then if anything needed to be done, that would have been lots more.

I have antoher one of these i purchased locally and it works great. The problem is that the one I received from AMAZON had been traumatized in shipping and had some dents. It was clearly a returnable item, but when I went to return it the Amazon site said something like..."cannot return items with toxic liquids, contact manufacturer for returns"...I contacted Hair and they NEVER RESPONDED. According to Haier Customer Service, this thing is only designed to "cool" to 45 degrees F. That is completely inadequate in my mind for a "beverage center." This fact is not in the user manual and it is not documented anywhere in the detailed specs here or at Haier's website. If I had known this fact, I would NOT have purchased this machine. As it is, I will probably donate it to a charity organization and buy a product that is designed for use in the real world....and it won't be a Haier product.

I do not usually do this, but I thought I'd take some time out to warn all of you out there. DO NOT purchase this item through Amazon.com. They sent me a USED item that looked like it had been opened and tampered with before. There were screws falling off inside the refrigerator that didn't look like they were supposed to be falling off. The door hinge was bent up. The bottom was glued up like it had been repaired before. The outside had scuff marks all over it like it had been tossed around.

I was expecting to pay for a NEW item and got someone elses USED old Refrigerator! I did not expect this buying from Amazon.com!

The product seems to be well made and looks just like the photos: the width demissions were off by 1/4 of an inch at the bottom of the cooler, requiring me to recut the opening.

Have had this unit installed for about a month now. Happy with it so far. I had noticed before I purchased that some reviewers said the compressor was noisy. I don't think it's very loud at all. I guess it depends on what you think is loud. My wife and I hardly ever notice when it's running.

One thing I'll point out is that it would be very hard to fit the advertised number of bottles in this unit unless all the bottles were on the small side. But I think all vendors stretch their capacity numbers in their ads. Just be informed.

Hello Kitty 0.7 Cubic Feet 700 Watt Microwave - MW-07009

This is the second HK microwave that I received because the first one died. This one caught on fire! BEWARE!!!

My girlfriend and I needed a microwave. This one is pink. It's also Hello Kitty. That's the only reason we own it because she wouldn't let me get anything else (cue whipping sound). It's the worst microwave I've ever used. The 1-9 buttons stand for 1-9 minutes of cook time and the start button adds 30 seconds. Specific second intervals cannot be used. When done, a loud and annoying beeping noise to signal it being finished is repeated five whole times and cannot be canceled unless you stop the microwave prior to finishing. After just a couple weeks, the clock becomes a few minutes fast and has to be adjusted constantly. The cooking process itself seems weak on full power and everything about the construction feels cheap. It just reeks of being a Hello Kitty money magnet first and an actual microwave last (big suprise!). It gets 2 stars because it looks nice in the pink themed kitchen we have and it makes my girlfriend happy. We bought it on sale at Target for $40. Do not spend $100 on this if you are looking for a half decent operational microwave.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

This model does not feature UV protection on the glass door so it's useless for storing wine long term except in a garage or basement. If you plan on installing in your kitchen, get something else with UV protection. Haier has a higher end model that does feature UV glass. Too bad because I think it's very stylish and understated and actually nicer looking than the higher end model.

The main thing to remember here is that you need to either situate this in a dark place (a basement would be better than a garage since your electric bill will be less) or you need to plan on using it only for short-term wine storage -very important fact to remember in deciding on models to purchase.

This is a great wine cooler. I purchased this unit about four months ago and have loved it ever since. Living in the northeast where the weather changes from cool to hot it was not very appealing to keep wine at home for more than a period of ~2 months. This unit allows me to store wine with the confidence that they won't be adversely afffected by the changing temperatures or extreme heat. Besides the functional aspects the unit is also well designed and not an eyesore. It melds into a room and is almost always a topic of discussion. The only complaint that I would have about the unit is that does make some noise, but no more than any small refrigerator would.

In spite of previous reviewer who obviously can't fit the bottles in right, I managed to store 47 (yes, 47) standard 750ml bottles. All you have to do is alternate the direction the necks point on the bottom two shelves, holding 4 each. I fit 9 on the top shelf alone, but it has to be the right bottle shape. The other five shelves will hold 6 bottles each 5 in a row, plus a sixth at a right angle so you can see the label thru the door. It's a snug fit, but it can work...

I use this to store red wines, and it does a great job for my needs. I have a small apartment, and this unit's size was perfect. It keeps the wines at the proper temp, and yes there's a faint bit of gurgling noise when the compressor is operating, but no more noticeable that your household fridge.

For the money, this is really a great deal, esp. with the 5-year warranty. ...

I ordered this from Amazon as a gift. It arrived FedEx 3 business days after I placed my order, in great condition. The box was a little mangled but there were no problems with breakage or malfunctioning once I plugged it in.

The temperature controls are easy to set, and although the temp does range approx 5 degrees between cycles of turning on/off, a variance this small will not affect how wine ages. Overall, a very good gift for someone who loves to store wine.

I new this product was a great item. My best friend bought one about 2 years ago and has been so pleased. I was anxious to buy one for my husbands birthday. I shopped around and the prices for other Wine Cellers was outragious. They were not as attractive. The only noise you hear is a slight murmur when the celler turns on. I really think it is great. I put WAY too much weight in the drawer and on top of the shelf when my fridge had the original parts. Crack! So I bought this, and found that it is far stronger than the original parts. I used it for a few years, with just as much weight on it as what broke the original. Anyway, after a few years of giving it undue abuse, I finally asked too much of it when I put added a huge frozen turkey to all the other stuff. Yeah, that was dumb. Crack! So it broke. And I came right back and bought the same one again because it's awesome.
