This was for our work refrigerator. After a quick diagnosis I was able to remove and install the new ones with little effort.Got my defrost heaters in a very short time which is good considering I had to find a temporary place for my food until repairs could be made. I bought this for my son's dorm, and bought it early enough that I could return it if it lived up to the poor reviews of not working very long (all the while hoping that was not the case because I love the design of this fridge, especially the separate freezer and the fruit /veggie crisper). I followed the directions by leaving it sit up right for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. Initially it worked great. The ice cubes froze and the drinks were cold. Alas' that only lasted for 3-4 weeks before it was completely warm inside. We unplugged itfor another 24 hours, then plugged it back in again, and the freezer worked again (ice cubes froze) for another day, but after that one day, the freezer stopped working again and the fridge never did get cold again after that second attempt. We returned it 2 days shy of 1 month. I'm nervous to try again with the same fridge so we got something different instead.
When I bought the service, I bought it for a $650 laptop. However I bought a display laptop for only $450. So in essence I bought a $650 in value laptop for only $450. So when something broke on my laptop they basically told me that they can't fix it, because the service we bought was only up to the coverage of the $450 that we paid for the laptop. Basically they're policies are s***. Not to mention the customer representative started to argue with me and literally shouted at me for 10 minutes before I realized I didn't have to take s*** from them and just ended the call.

I ordered this product early in the season as a christmas gift. I received confirmation of my order, and then I also received confirmation that the product had shipped. Imagine my surprise when at least a week later I received a message from the manufacturer telling me that they'd had a problem, and that the product hadn't shipped after all, and that it wouldn't be available until 12/26. Obviously that wouldn't work as a cmas gift. I cancelled my order. It took quite some time to get confirmation of my cancellation, and then even longer for Amazon to notify me that my acct had been credited. I was stunned to hear that I'd been charged at all for something that had never even been shipped to me. I'm a big fan of Amazon, but I've learned to limit my shopping to those things that Amazon ships directly. I've had bad experiences every other time. In the end, I found a similar (better ?) product locally.
I installed thinking that it it would expand. It did a little but the bumps where it was crushed are still there and I do not think it is making a good seal. I would like to get another but I do not want the same problem.
Bought the SF Giants portable refrigerator as a gift for my boyfriend and have not regretted it. He wanted a mini-fridge upstairs but we just didn't have the space for one, this served as a perfect comrpomise. Can hold cans, bottles, etc. Comes with a car adapter as well...haven't used that but is neat anyways. Great purchase.
