I highly recommend this drip grille to those that have mineral build up on theirs to the point of ugly.I am really happy to have my refrigerator looking new again and recommend this original product to all.

This product is very similar to the OE tray however, it does not fit as well as the original. Specifically, it doesn't click into the locking mechanism and is very easily removed. The tolerance is off. It does work and is a lot better looking than my 5 year old OE tray.

This Grill was just like the original. The only problem with it is that it start showing hard water residue almost imediately and it is very diffiult to remove without damaging the grill.

These are great and a good price. The original one had become full of dried minerals from our water and I could no longer get it clean. These fit just like the original and make the refrigerator look new again.

Margaritaville Chillin' Pour Liquor Chiller

I had never heard of such a device as the Chillin' Pour and likely would not have bought one before I was introduced to it and now I love the idea. My circle of friends are big fans of Jimmy Buffet and his songs. We get together often for dinner parties, pool parties or just to talk and we have a nice selection of appetizers and adult beverages. The Chillin' Pour is the perfect thing to create fun party drinks for the whole gang and just large enough for our group to sample a few.

Unfortunately the first time I plugged it in my margaritas did not change temperature after chillin' for over 5 hours. I wrote an email to the manufacturer explaining what happened and asking for advice. They acknowledged my email within a day from then gave me EXCELLENT customer service to resolve the problem.

So how do I like it? I love it. There are certain mixed drinks that don't do well with ice. For me those are the best to make in the Chillin' Pour. Things like Lemon Drops, Daiquiris, Manhattans, Appletinis, Whiskey Sour, etc. When served at the colder-than-ice temperature of 15 degrees they are especially good.

The Chillin' Pour is easy to use, very cool to look at, dispenses only the amount you want, and easy to clean. The retro compass that projects where to put your glass doubles as an indicator of when the Chillin' Pour has reached maximum cold.

Maybe the only suggestion I would give the manufacturer for their next generation is a swing-up carrying handle. One of the most fun things about it is to take it to our friends' houses already cold and ready to pour.

Five stars for the product and fifty-stars for the manufacturer's great service!

A minimalist explanation of this product is that it cools your drinks-supercools them. Does it make drinks? No-it's not a blender. You can pour in pre-blended drinks and they'll come out super-chilled, but it takes some time. Same with liquors: we poured in most of a bottle of good tequila and waited awhile-several hours to reach the minimum temperature- and had some nice shots, maybe the coldest I've enjoyed.

It's a fun product, but not for everyone. A good blender and some ice will meet most of your needs for less dough: it's also easier to clean, faster, and better for large quantities of drinks for medium-size to large parties. That said, there may be a place at your home bar for this clever gadget. As a dispenser of chilled shots for a small party, it's ideal.

OK, so I bought this to chill my Tequilla for a New Years Party. I thought this was cool, but come to find out it only chills 25 oz. at a time... don't know about you, but my friend & I (about 15 of us) all do shots of Tequilla, and this product will yield less than two per person!

2 Hours to cool, 4 hours to 15 degrees... ok, I can work with that, but when it only takes 25 oz of liquid, at a party, you will have a problem! Lots of mess to clean up when I can put my bottles in the freezer just as easily!

Sorry, but I am sending this back. Now give me one of these that holds 1.75 litre of liquor and I am sold. This product is not worth the price paid and I am disappointed.

So I bought this product here for $50 bucks about 2 months ago. When I took it out of the box I thought it was the coolest thing in the world... thats where the fun stopped. I plugged it in added some rum and 6 hours later it was "ready." BTW the freezer does it in a shorter amount of time. this works by cooling a metal box, under the thin plastic lid, to a cool "15" F. the problem with the design is the box is completely flat with a 1/4 inch rubber o ring in the middle connecting to the dispenser. This means when you want to switch from rum to vodka you have about a shot or two of the old rum stuck in the box with no where to go. so the other night I poured a bunch of vodka into the dispenser and 6 hours later it was still about 50 degrees... looks like mine stopped working. trying to return it now.

Not impressed. Other than creating a cold shot after many hours of waiting, so you can mix your drink, I found no advantage to this machine and am now trying to figure out some use for it that will justify the purchase. Kinda surprised that Margaritaville would sacrifice their good name for this product.

I purchased this for use in my office. It was light enough so I could carry it from the parking lot to my office (about 50 yards). I purchased a thermometer to ensure the temperature is cold enough for my yogurt and juice. So far the fridge has performed as advertised. Good compact unit!

We had the same problem that a couple of other reviewers had upon removing the unit from the box, the front door fell off. It must not have been assembled properly at the factory and now we have a 70-pound paperweight in our kitchen. There are wires that run through the door and they are frayed so no point in trying to fix this ourselves. Definitely not a good first impression!

Update 10/11/2012 we sent the damaged unit back and requested an exchange. The second unit showed up and it was damaged in the back however we decided to keep it. It keeps the wine at the desired temperature but is far from quiet. We live in a fairly small apartment and had to move the unit as far away from our bedroom as possible because of the constant whine/hum. After our experience with two units, we would definitely recommend choosing something else.

I purchased this unit after a decent amount of research. I was looking for a mid-range dual zone wine refrigerator. This one hit all the right marks, silent, decent reviews, and a good quality. It appears that there is a manufacturers default that is on-going with the door. But the unit I received this time from Amazon was in perfect condition. I had attempted to order this unit from Wine Enthusiast earlier (big mistake). This wine cooler is fairly quiet (it does make noise, it is not completely "silent"), but it is not noticeably loud, just a mild humming. It functions as advertised otherwise and keeps the wine stored at correct temperatures, and looks nice as well. I did notice that when it is not filled to capacity (with 32 bottles of wine) that it runs more quietly. It is very easy to use and self explanatory. You just take it out of the box, wait a few hours and plug it in, fill it up, and you have nicely chilled wine within another few hours.

Saw some of the other reviews regarding the door issue. Figured those people were just unlucky. As it turns out I was unlucky as well. Ordered the Wine Enthusiast Silent 32 Bottle Touchscreen Wine Refrigerator as a house warming gift for a friend. As we lifted out of the box we noticed the door was off and a blue wire had been cut. Not ripped or frayed but cut. I was able to repair the wire and rehang the door in about 20 mins. We were so preoccupied with the wire and the door that we didn't notice the big dent running along the top back portion of the fridge. This was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. I left it up to my friend to decide whether they would like me to return it. This product would be nice if it came properly packaged and not damaged. I will not buy a Wine Enthusiasts Product ever again.

Similar to another reviewer, frig arrived but as soon as we removed from box, the door fell off. Worse there is a wire that runs to the door for the controls which was then cut We considered trying to mend the wire but the door hinges fit so badly there was really no point Not sure if I'm going to try another but this was clearly poorly built.

The freezer section is ridiculous and they would be better off just not having it and offering this as a fridge. The door on the "freezer" section doesn't fit the compartment and the freezer tray is falling off. Oh, and I've never bought a fridge with no back on it, so I'm assuming it's just plain missing. I can see the motor and all the inner-workings. Frankly, this scares me. I'm sending it back and have learned my lesson about buying a product like this online. I'll make sure it comes from a store I can check it out at and return in person.

This item arrived with several dents in it and the freezer takes up too much space in an already tiny refrigerator. It is not even nessesary to have a freezer in this because it does not even fit anything anyhow.!!!!!!

I bought this refrigerator for my son to take with him to college and it ended up being a terrific choice. We were limited to less than 4.5 cu. feet, so in going lower than that, I thought this would end up being pretty small. Unboxed however, it was larger than I expected and bigger than the picture would lead you to believe; I'm 5'7" and this comes nearly up to my hip.

I purchased the black, and the entire refrigerator outer surface is a matte, slightly textured sort of fingerprint-proof finish that wipes clean very easily.

This was surprisingly quiet; having checked out models in our local appliance stores and finding them all annoyingly loud, I didn't think I could do any worse picking one online. This was a very pleasant surprise. It was whisper quiet on startup and when it kicked in each time the cooling cycle started, it barely even registered. There was no vibration, even when things started getting stacked on top (a coffee maker and the usual cups and junk).

The shelf levels are pretty short, non-moveable and not practical for anything other than snack and leftover storage use, which is exactly what my son's dorm use happens to be. The refrigerator comes with a clear plastic tray with holes for keeping eggs from rolling around and a miniscule (useless) ice cube tray. The freezer compartment is very tiny and I can't even imagine what you could fit in there beyond a handful of Popsicles, although it got nice and cold even on the mid-cool setting.

Just one word of warning: my unit came undamaged, and I can't speak for all shippers' policies, but be aware that if your unit comes in its original manufacturer's box, check it out immediately. There is absolutely no packing inside the box besides a thin top and bottom piece of styrofoam. I took the top piece out to unbox it and to my horror, found there was nothing else, that the box was actually the size of the refrigerator.

Got the black fridge for my office and love it! I guess my complaints would be that at times it can be a tad loud and since I do not drink soda, the soda slot is lost real estate (the bars are not removable). Overall I like it a lot and am happy with the purchase.

We've had this compact or mini fridge for six months or so. It has turned out to be a very useful unit at a modest cost. We keep it next to our computers in our "office" area. We use it mostly for pop, fruit drinks, etc. Also, I store my camera film in the freezer compartment. It is truly self defrosting, quiet, holds a lot of beverages, and makes a fair auxiliary work table from time to time.

I sure recommend it.

A dent on the back edge of the refrigerator and the plastic strip on the top is cracked but it is difficult for me to return because it is too heavy for me. Also I don't know if the shipping charges are refundable. There is no styrofoam at the edges to protect the body of the refrigerator.

This was an OEM part, that fit perfectly! The part arrived very quickly and solved the problem the dryer had.

We've had this fridge about 18 months and it is used continually for storing beer. It has survived a cross country relocation with no damage or maintenance. The fridge works well and keeps the beer cool what more can you ask?

I drop a star as the shelf arrangement and door pockets are a little odd. If a couple of bottles or cans are put in the door then this really eats up the space in the fridge. It would be better with no door pockets at all and reducing door depth.

Overall though a good product although it does make a reasonable amount of fan noise.

Definitely is very quiet. Fan runs continually. Cooling mechanism is state-of-the art, but very fragile and poorly constructed. Cooling mechanism is inadequate even for such a small refrigerator. Cooling time for items placed inside is very long hours, because the of the underpowered cooling mechanism. Metal cans a bit faster. Food sealed in platic containiners cool most slowly. Not wise to place items in this fridge that require very rapid cooling to avoid microbial growth. Sealed cans and bottles fine. This fridge does not have a small freezer compartment, because the cooling mechanism is underpowered, and likely not capabile of reaching the freezing point of water even if the cooling mechanism capacity was doubled or tripled.

Much better off buying a small conventional fridge which are now adays equally quiet and can do the job.

The cooling mechanism in mine (this model) self-destructed after 18 months. In the recycle bin now.

If you get away from the cheap protective packaging, this small refrigerator works great, and unlike the other reviewer says, it is very quiet relative to other refrigerators. In fact, I have this in my study next to my desk, and the ticking clock on my wall is actually louder. This product does what it is supposed to very well. I am very happy with the Avanti.
