This product was as expected, replaced the 19 year old gasket. Looks nice and seals much better than the old torn one. Now I just need to replace the old crusty freezer gasket :(Read Best Reviews of GE Refrigerator Door Gasket Seal WR24X450 Here
This product was the right door gasket for the refrigerator, at a great low price. I have been using amazon for a lot of my supplies. Its not OE quality, but it did fit and seals properly. I soaked it in warm water in the bathtub and it was relatively easy to install.Frigidaire 240351601 Door Bin for Refrigerator

I stopped by BevMo on my way home. This unit ONLY uses Beertender compatible kegs. So far, only Heinekin, Heinekin Light, and New Castle are available for this machine. If you don't like any of those beers, skip it.
Luckily, BevMo had the Heinekin and New Castle minikegs in stock, but it was not cold.
I brought it all home and started to set it up. It was VERY SIMPLE. The directions are all illustrated with written directions a couple pages later.
Things I did not know before set up:
1) It takes special "BeerTender Tubes". I did not know about these until I started setting it up. I looks like you can only use them one time. There were 6 included with purchase. It looks like replacements are available on Amazon for $9 for 6 tubes.
2) You must insert a COLD KEG into the machine. If it is not already the correct temp, you need to chill in the fridge for 10 hours or in the BeerTender for 18 hours before you can use it. There are two small green lights on the top: one to tell you it is on and the other to tell you the beer is cold enough to pour. Luckily, there is a store close by that sells the Heinekin minikegs already chilled, so I ran out and got one so I could try the machine out right away.
So far so good. Everything worked great, the lights came on and it poured beautifully.
I think that this is an excellent addition to my kitchen. It fits perfect on the kitchen counter. Does not take up too much room and it will be a great addition to summer BBQ's.

Although it is a tad annoying, this product is worth buying your honey for father's day or his birthday because I will tell you that the guys just down right love having cold beer on tap, and you can fit this little unit in just about any room. Now that I have figured out where to get the kegs (and to look for when they go on sale), and that you have to make sure to buy tap lines in advance, it is less of a bother than it seemed at first. You need to know that you have to buy special plastic disposable tap lines for every keg (not as green as I would like, although my brother figured out how to reuse them more than once) that are pricey, there is only three beers you can buy to put in it (Heineken and Heineken Light, and New Castle Brown), and if you buy or store the kegs warm it takes a long time to cool down. Once it is cold you are set though, and there is an indicator to show how cold and how full the keg is. I had one horrible experience trying to change the keg, alone where no one could hear me, when for some reason the tap failed and a geyser of beer shot straight up into my face, all over the wall and floor at high velocity. I managed to push the tap partially back into the keg, just enough to divert the geyser so that it soaked my clothes as I dragged the whole unit out into the yard. That was not so great, although the dog found it hysterically funny. This is a quality piece of equipment that exceeds expectations for a $99 unit. It appears identical to the T-Fal unit but bears the Krupps label. The system uses Peltier cooling which is not as robust as refrigerant but draws far less power. As a result it takes 18 hours to cool a 5 litre container of beer from room temperature. Pre-cooling in your refrigerator obviates this issue. This is not an inexpensive way to drink beer, but it is fun and delivers the appropriate amount of carbonation. Hopefully more beer producers will offer the 5 litre kegs in future.Want KRUPS and HEINEKEN B100 BeerTender with Heineken Draught Keg technology,Black Discount?
Great product! Takes a while to get cold but so worth it in the end. Also just to clarify, there is no LCD on this model. Just a light indicator that it is 1) on and 2) at the right temperature.I was given this item as a Christmas gift and really enjoyed it for awhile, about 15 months to be exact. I switched out the keg and it stopped cooling. I pulled the keg out and turned it off for a few hours. I turned the unit on and not only did it not cool, but it cycled a few times then shut down completely. I called Krups and was told I was out of warranty. I didn't think too much of it until my brother, who was given the same gift, had the same problem a few weeks later. Then, my father's did the same thing shortly after that. All of us called Krups with no assistance. 3 units failing the same way is no longer coincidenceit's a defect. If you really want a Beertender, I would highly recommend staying away from Krups.Tuesday, June 24, 2014

Another negative you will see, is an ice maker that clogs and is troublesome. Especially when going from cubed to crushed ice. I didn't find this, but I did find an occasional issue that sometimes when I go for a cup of ice, it doesn't dispense ice at first, and I have to remove my glass, and reapply. This always works fine. One thing I do notice fairly regularly, is that you sometimes get a 1/4 cup of water out of the ice dispensor before it dispenses ice.
Fit and finish, is an issue, but not for me. The right door is a 1/4 inch higher than the left, and so is the handle, but I don't really mind that.
Another issue I found is a complaint about the vegatable bins not being on rollers and hard to move. They aren't on rollers, but I haven't had an issue with them. One issue I did notice however, is that if you have something heavy on the shelf in the middle, say a large gallon or more of apple cider, the shelf tends to bow slightly.
Altogether, if the fridge lasts. I will be happy with my purchase. If the ice maker jams, I am confident in my abilities to fix it. The whole contraption comes out, which is handy. If it clogs, take it out, and let it thaw out on the counter.
If you find it is noisy(a buzzing sound) pull it out from the wall, and while the compressor runs, move your finger around on the card board on the back to see if you can isolate the sound.
Good luck!
Mark :)From my wife Sarah: We've had this for a couple years, and here are a few pros and cons:
Pros:
We haven't found it to be at all noisy as some of the other posters have mentioned. It's very quiet.
It does a good job of cooling consistently throughout the unit. Our last refrigerator froze food in some areas of the refrigerator section, and didn't keep some areas cool enough. This unit does not have this issue.
We like the water and ice dispenser. You can have cubes, crushed ice, or ice cold water. We like that there's a water filter built in to the unit, and it is easy to change.
The design is convenient and spaced out nicely.
It's run smoothly with no issues at all.
We find it to be nice looking.
Cons:
The drawers are flimsy. One draw continually gets stuck and it's hard to open and close. It actually cracked because it was sticking.
So the pros are stronger then the cons by far, and based on our experience, I'd say that it's a decent choice for the money. When I first purchased the Whirlpool side-by-side I thought this was a great fridge and for the first 16 months it functioned fine. Then of all days on April 1st (I know April fool) the refrigerator simply stopped cooling and I could hear the compressor engage and run for a brief period and then turn off. Service confirmed my worst fears that the compressor did indeed fail and would have to be replaced at a cost of $600.
THE WARANTEE FROM WHIRLPOOL IS ONLY FOR ONE-YEAR ON ALL PARTS INCLUDING THE COMPRESSOR so I basically have a worthless box. Calls to Whirlpool simply result in meaningless apologies with the response they will do nothing to rectify the problem. If you check the warantee from other manufacturers such as LG or Samsung you will find that the "sealed cooling system" is guaranteed at least 5 years.
My advice is to stay away from Whirlpool for they will not back their product. And remember they also make Maytag and Amana. And this is from a long time Whirlpool customer.I went through a year of 11 services calls for them to tell me that me year is up and to bad for me. They told me literally that they do not care and I need to deal with my problem and they are not going to do anything about it. It has been over a year. Same issue 11 services calls no resolution.
Whirlpool is the worst customer services EVER. Read the blogs. go to the whirlpool issues facebook site, and see how many people agree.Have had this for about three years, and not an operational problem in that time. At the time it was the only fridge that would fit in the opening of the older home we purchased. Yes, the freezer side is somewhat narrow, but there's still quite a bit of space. Things I like that aren't on all (even more expensive) units: separate paddles for water and ice, and the ability to leave on the water cavity light (two brightness settings). When I come out in the middle of the night half-asleep it's nice not to have to change settings like on some single-paddle units. Also the water filter is a snap to change and located out in the open, as opposed to some fridges having them inside where you have to remove food to get at it.
Realistically you could spend 2-3x's (or more) on a fridge. For what this costs it's a nice unit. We have called Whirlpool before for service (for Kitchenaid products, not this) and their service has been top-notch, unlike Samsung.

I have been using the Frigidaire 8 Bottle Wine Cooler for several years now and it has been great for my needs. I am a frequent wine purchaser but usually have no more than 1 or 2 bottles on me at once.I have had no problems with the product other than the temperature will on rare occasion reset (but this may have been caused by power outages or blips... I am unsure). The unit is easy to adjust and also accommodates larger-than-usual bottle sizes if you slant them a bit. Great for casual wine lovers!

The first one of these we bought died after a few months, which, from reading reviews, seems to be a common failing among these coolers. The seller replaced it and the second one kept going. It is fairly quiet. However, it has now been a year or two, and the unit does not want to go below 56 degrees, no matter how much we punch the "lower temperature" button. This too seems a common failing among wine coolers. Also, the cooler will not accommodate the taller wine bottles, such as you find with Alsatian whites.I purchased this on Amazon through Global Bargain as a Christmas present. The wine cooler was obviously previously opened as there is tape over all the seams. Insider there was no packing material and the corner braces were off on two sides. It was packed in the original box and shipped without being put in another outer box. Of course, it arrived damaged! What are they thinking? The cooler itself looks great and I love the fact that it cools down to 46 degrees. I am returning it and buying this exact same Frigidare 8 bottle wine cooler at Best Buy where I can pick it up myself and where it is $30 cheaper! My advise is to not buy anything from Global Bargains!Green Filter for Kenmore 46-9010 NSF Certified Refrigerator Water Filter, Cer...
