Whirlpool Part Number W10256768: SHELF, GLASS UPPER
Bosch B22CS30SNS 300 22.1 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Counter Depth Side-By-Side Refrigerator - Energy
We purchased several other Bosch appliances at the same time (dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer) and found them all to be great; sturdy and quiet. We are extremely disappointed and unsure what we will end up buying. The only other Bosch refrigerators available to us are in the same series (we have 300, 500 and 800 appear to be the same except for more features) so we are afraid they will have the same problem and are looking at other manufacturers.Got our first Bosch, and it was great. Quiet and beautiful to look at. But a defect inside allowed the glass shelves to fall off their pegs, just as you put a gallon of milk on it. Bosch came out and condemned the unit. I was impressed. Out comes #2 refrig. Plugged it in and the compressor sounded awful. A metallic rubbing sound inside the compressor. Could hear it across the house. Ice maker did not work. Out came Bosch, who replaced the ice maker but said the compressor was fine. Well the compressor noise has gotten louder, and now the ice maker died again. Also the refrig has a door open alarm feature. Well, my kids left a fruit drawer out a little, which caused the door not to close all the way. I woke up the next morning to a refrigerator that was 50 degrees inside, and no alarm sounded. Out comes Bosch for the third time. He condemns the compressor, ice maker, and a computer board. I contact customer service and demand a new machine, as it is only 2 months old. "Sorry, our warranty says we fix it, so thats what you get" She also refuses to let me talk to anyone higher than her " I am as high as you can get" she says.
I purchased it from Fergusen Enterprises, a wholesaler to the construction market. Jeff at Fergusen in Downers Grove Illinois, stepped in and pressured Bosch to replace the unit. We are currently waiting for Unit #3 to arrive.Bought this fridge last July from HHGregg and I am so disappointed in it.
Besides the fact it is extremly loud, you can't keep the doors open more than 10 seconds or it starts beeping at you. I've read about this and you can't change it.
Besides that, everytime we put the milk in the door the molding around the milk drawer pops off. At this point, it has happened so many times that we can't get the molding back on.
The latest is the ice machine stopped working. I called Bosch and this was a joke. They didn't seem to care.
So I talked with HHGregg and they gave me a # to a service place they use.
I have been waiting for TWO WEEKS for Bosch to mail the new ice machine. It is under warranty, so that is nice but just another pain.
Not to be outdone, now the 'alarm' comes on periodically. This never happened before, but started when the ice issues started.
So now it'll be three in the morning and the fridge alarm will be beeping.
If I could go back and get another fridge I would.Only six months old we were choosing between a GE and a Bosch and bought the Bosch because it was German made and seems well built. It certainly is attractive.
1) Long and shortspend any time in Europe and see how many Germans use ice makers-none. Guess that's the reason Bosch has made such a mess of the ice-maker. Every time you go to get a few cubes, 10 of them fall all over the floor. Every time. 2) When it gets full, the ice-maker stops. And then never restarts again when it's empty unless you manually restart it. This means you spend a lot of time with an empty icebin (surprise...) 3) For no reason, 2 months ago the fridge started to run 24 hours a day, our of the blue. Our electric bill doubled during that time. We now need to get the vendor's service people out. What a hassle for a new fridge. 4) The alarm goes off after 1min. Incredibly annoying when filling the fridge... so we turn off the fridge to fill it. And... then often forget to turn it back on. A real design flaw.
Bottom line: Bosch hasn't figured out fridges for the US market yet. What a disappointment. Next time, based on our experience and the reviews in Consumer Reports, we'd pick the GE for sure. I wish that we never picked this model, or Bosch. We won't again. We bought this thinking it must be the Porsche of refrigerators, judging by its manufacturer. It's actually the Fiat of iceboxes. Ours lasted exactly 30 days before both the freezer and refrigerator side died totally. The vaunted "self-diagnosis" test feature didn't work properly even though there was still power to the refrigerator, but never mind, I knew the reefer was dead--there was a big puddle of water on the kitchen floor where all the ice had melted and run out through the door icemaker. And as for that ice-maker, it never worked right anyway--dispensed either crushed or whole ice on a whim regardless of which button you pushed. Is Bosch manufacturing these things in Somalia, maybe?
Two-week-later update: I can now confidently say this is not only the worst refrigerator I have ever owned, it is the worst PRODUCT I have ever owned. Car, TV, coffeegrinder, chainsaw, power drill, computer, dildo...the worst. The icemaker makes so little ice that if we have another couple or two over for drinks and dinner, we need to first run up to the 7-11 and buy a $2 bag of ice. And if the freezer has had two or three days to make a minimal quantity of ice, you push the ice dispenser button on the door to fill a glass and nothing happens but a lot of grumbing/grinding sound. Then open the freezer drawer to try and get some ice manually and about a quart of ice cubes and crushed ice cascades out all over the floor. Great party ice-breaker, pun intended.
Bosch's contracted service people have, of course, been here. They left, shaking their heads, saying they'd have to consult with Bosch but that usually took a few weeks to get a reaction out of Bosch Central and they hoped nothing went wrong again in the meantime. "I HATE working on Bosch stuff," the service guy said. Me too.
Update: I've now had the refrigerator for 10 months. The above problem was solved (I hope permanantly) by totally replacing all of the refrigerator's electronics--two large circuit boards in compartments atop the refrigerator.
Now the ice-maker has failed. Zero. No ice. Two weeks ago, the entire ice-maker was replaced. Today, the new ice-maker has totally failed. (As for the above problem of the ice-maker making crushed ice when you want cubes, the service guy said, "Oh, yeah, they do that..."

I bought mine just over a year ago. It worked fine for the year. Then it just stopped cooling. I unpluged it to see if it would start back up. Well guess what the fans wouldn't even turn then. Don't buy this one. Add a little more money to it and buy a different one. I thought the Black and Decker name would be good. NOT!!!Read Best Reviews of Black & Decker 1.7 cubic foot Dorm Refrigerator Here
I had this refrigerator for awhile and they don't have a compressor they have some sort of "new and improved" technology to cool. My food used to get moldy and spoiled VERY quickly, these refrigerators don't cool nearly as well as my new Danby "All Refrigerator." DAR259BL is the item nubmer on Amazon and this refrigerator goes just below freezing and my food does not spoil at all in a week (don't know after that) Danby DAR259BL 2.5-Cu. Ft. I purchased this refrigerator a year ago and the unit has stopped working. These are really cheap units and are not worth the money. The name says Black & Decker so you would think it is a good product, the problem is this is made in China by Haier and it is poorly maid. The warrantee is for one year because it only last one year. Read the reviews over at Wal-Mart and you will see most of the folks have had them fail after one year. Pure junk!Does not have a compressor like a traditional mini fridge. It does not cool as well either. The coldest I can get mine down to is about 50 degrees on the coldest setting. After about a year mine completely quit working. I was able to fix it by taking off the back and cleaning an oiling the little fan that had stopped turning. After reading other reviews it seem everyone has the same problem. I would not buy one of these. Get a traditional mini fridge with a compressor. They get colder and last longer.Whirlpool Dryer Lint Screen / Filter / Trap W10120998 / 3390721

This item was purchased as a replacement for the original lint screen that came with my Whirlpool Dryer. The felt liner was pulling loose from the plastic frame. After 5 uses, this new lint screen has the same problem! The felt liner is already starting to separate from the frame. I am not happy with this purchase.Read Best Reviews of Whirlpool Dryer Lint Screen / Filter / Trap W10120998 / 3390721 Here
I searched the internet for a replacement lint screen for my dryer. This was the cheapest I could find and was a little worried that the service would match the price. I was happy to find out that the service from partshouse is exceptional and very professional. The product arrived on time and in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from this vendor again in the future.Want Whirlpool Dryer Lint Screen / Filter / Trap W10120998 / 3390721 Discount?
Bought this filter really cheap on Amazon. The appliance parts places, even the local ones wanted $45 to $55 each. This unit is very very good, even has a center support not shown on pic. The OEM filter lasted only a couple of years, hope this one lasts longer, should.Photo is not what you receive. What you receive is a newer improved version of it. It now comes with a plastic molding down the center to give the screen more strength as to not bend. Newer version of trap is much improved. Definitely replace your dryer filter trap with this one if it needs replacing. Filter trap is stronger, better screen and fits more snug than the factory one that was initially installed. I recommend this vender.Whirlpool WDF750SAYB Gold 24" Black Full Console Dishwasher - Energy Star
The lower rack is not very versatile for different dish configurations. The top rack is much more flexible and can load a variety of dishes/bowls/cups. The lower rack seems reserved for large dishes and does not allow many different configurations.
Aside from that, and it's not really that big a deal this washer has been great and cleans exceptionally well. It's a good buy for the price (I got it for $500 at Sears). Even for six I think it would be a good deal.

Samsung RSG307AARS 29.6 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Side-By-Side Refrigerator - Energy Star</
- Premium External Filtered Water And Ice Dispenser
- Automatic In-Door Ice Maker
- Dual LED Tower Lighting In Refrigerator And Freezer
- Dimensions (WHD): 35 3/4" X 69 1/2" X 36 3/4"
The only complaints I have is large tall items like a gallon of milk can only be put in the door. Obviously you could adjust the shelves, but this would result in one of them becoming uselessly small. This isn't a huge problem as we just keep large items in the drawer, but still an adjustment from most fridges I am use too. Also the ice drawer has a steep learning curve. After a couple month me and my wife can get it on and off on the first try.
Pros:
+Huge, great for large families or entertaining.
+Great air circulation keeps item fresh and clean.
+Effective ice maker
+Mostly a great fridge layout
+Cheap for what it offers
Cons:
-Only large items fit in fridge door.
-Ice drawer not the easiest to get in and out.
Overall, five stars as this unit has little room to improve.First impression....incredible space!!! We just traded in our hopelessly small 23 cu.ft. for this 30 cu.ft. hercules of a refrig. I actually have a separate
shelf for my fish, chicken, pork and beef and yet another for ice cream and desserts plus pizza...you can't get any better than this. Be aware, I'm 5'6" and this refrigerator is DEEP and i will have to stand on my toes to reach the back of the upper shelves on the freezer and refrig sides. Also, with the back lighting
you will find that you put things on the shelves in a different order. I put all my "mexican" related items on the far right, top shelf..salsa's, taco sauce, cheese sauce, etc; and then next to that pesto, and so on over to the far left so that i can now calculate exactly where i'm going in my new refrig. sure it will taking
some getting used to and training my attention deficit husband but I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR. If you need extra hight besides the side doof area for things like extra jugs of cranberry juice, etc; then just remove the wine rack and move that second shelf up to it's top slide in and i had no trouble fitting those jugs in there...even the glass iced tea container! Now for the incredible part, yeah it gets better...we buy the container of "3 times rinsed" lettuce from the market..not those disgusting bags of lettuce, this container stuff is great but it ate up the whole drawer in the other frig...not in this one! Not only does this rectangular lettuce container fit but also my chopped almonds & walnuts, avocado's and tomatoes, shredded cheese and feta cheese container and i still have space for more! I'm in HEAVEN. PLUS, there is a separate drawer for cheese's, sliced meats and butter, bacon, etc AND still another for fresh fruits and vegetables that is also of such an incredible size that i can't say enough about how impressed i am. I don't understand the complaints about back lighting, which is so trivial compared to all the plus's you get with this unit. Yes the ice maker is maybe a bit slower to make cubes than my small pathetic former refrig, but it's more than adequate unless you are hourly going to the frig to get multiple glasses of ice. come on now...you want a Hercules of a refrigerator that looks great and gives you all this and you are really going to complain because the ice bucket doesn't fill up in a few minutes? Well i'm going to go back down to my kitchen and admire my beautiful, sleek,
incredible new refrigerator...and maybe yet again, open it up and be amazed at all that space that still is not used up. Can't wait for the Holiday's now!!!i have no complaints about this refrigerator and highly recommend it. I've only had it for a few days but have been impressed thus far. the size and features are great. I saw a review that complained about the lighting, I think the lighting is outstanding. So far, this 'fridge has been worth every penny. No issues to speak of and the premium features are fantastic. There could be a nit or two, but they aren't worth mentioning because the overall experience this fridge provides more than compensates. Great buy.I purchased this fridge a year ago. I love the size, I can finally get everything in. My complaint is that the temperature is on the lowest setting, 34 but I have a thermometer which says the fridge is 40. I have to throw things away all the time milk, mayonaise etc.. The other problem which is really annoying is the lights. I wish there was some way to turn them up. When you see it on the showroom floor it is empty so it seems bright enough, but once you start putting items in, it blocks the light because they are along the back two thin strips. I tried buying some led lights and stuck them in there to be able to see better but they didn't last.
