I put this gasket on my refrigerator and it fits just right. The only issue I have it the gasket is a little compressed so the magnet does not make a good seal. I had hoped that after a couple of days it would relax a little but it has been over a week and I would say that it only just works. In many places there are gaps and if I were to do the dollar bill test for a good seal it would fail in every location. I have tried to adjust or stretch the gasket to loosen the magnet with hopes of it fitting better but nothing has made any improvements. I am sure it is just this one gasket and most of what this company sells is better then what I received but I don't know for sure.

After letting the gasket flatten out after after taken out of the box they fit great. Seals great and no issues.

We've had this refrigerator for 18 months and our ice/water dispenser are doing the exact same thing as the previous reviewer described. Flapping, flashing lights, buttons don't work...piece of junk!

I like the general design and features of the Ice2O, but after owning one for a little more than a year I would not recommend it to anyone.

The ice dispenser flap started opening and closing in the middle of the night. It woke the whole family up and then we saw that the lights on the front were flashing and none of the buttons would do anything. Now, I understand that stuff happens and things can fail under normal use but we had taken very good care of this appliance and this was clearly a design flaw. I searched online and found that many, many people were having the exact same trouble. When I contacted Maytag and explained the situation they responded (several days later) with an email stating "Based on the information given, it appears your appliance requires service" (Really?), and then "We regret that due to the age of the product, we will be unable to assist with the cost of the repair." The AGE? It's barely over a year old! It was built with defective parts! I was also upset that they responded by email. On their online form they make a point to ask how you would like to be responded to email or telephone. I asked for a phone call.

When I emailed back regarding my disappointment they replied back (again, several days later) with "You are a valued Maytag customer and we appreciate your support of the Maytag brand. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you today." Of course the response was by email after I had again specifically requested a phone call in my response. WTF?

In addition to the Ice2O I also own their top of the line washer and dryer and have purchased several Maytag appliances for rental properties. Not anymore.

Before buying, do a quick search online and you'll find that it's quite common for this same thing to happen. It will happen to you too. Don't purchase this refrigerator, or any Maytag appliance for that matter.

I purchased this refrigerator back in October of 2006 when we remodeled our kitchen. The counter depth works great for us, look awesome too. We have only had one minor issue which was the ice maker would not dispense ice roughly a year after purchasing it. The tech walked in and knew exactly what to adjust. The little flap that pushes the ice out of the forming tray into the ice bin had some play in it and it was getting caught on the ice form. Quick adjustment, all fixed. Since then, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Do keep in mind that this is a counter depth model. It is smaller inside, and the ice maker does not hold much ice. We always have plenty of ice for our family of four but if we are going to have a party we definitely have to buy more.

I puchased the Maytag Ice2O counter depth a little over a year ago because I had just remodeled my kitchen and needed something not so deep to fit in the spot I had planned for it. It is a very nice fridge and have not had any problems with it so far. The only thing I don't like about it is that the ice maker in the door will make enough ice for 2 1/2 glasses full and that's it. No more ice! Also, if you need a fridge with lots of room, this is not the one to get since it is very limited in what you can put in there. I knew that by getting the counter depth that I would be loosing space but the design could have been better to accomodate more shelving instead of the large bin at the bottom of the fridge that is a hassle to get into quickly.

If you are ever in the market for a wine chiller, AVOID VINOTEMP LIKE THE PLAGUE! The top shelf on mine was installed incorrectly, reducing the capacity by eight bottles. The electronic controls had a glitch where I had to turn off the unit and back on before I could adjust the temperature. And after barely a year and a half of use, the unit has a freon leak. $900 down the drain.

The title says it all. I am surprised how well this little fridge cools, but it is quite loud so I wouldn't want it in a hotel room with me overnight. Great for car and good if it is somewhere NOT where you are sleeping.

I bought this product and had it in my bedroom with me. It was very quiet and cooled exceptionally well, but after about a week of it constantly running it stopped working. there was so much condensation inside the back that the mini fridge just shut down. That is the reason why Im not giving it five stars.

Unit was purchased to replace a unit that was installed after the purchase of the Estate by Whirlpool refrigerator. Two screws, a turn of the water shut-off valve, and five minutes later, we have a functioning ice maker, again.

I purchased this dryer from Home Depot and it works fine overall. One annoyance is that instead of a proper loud beep when it is done, it plays a little jingle which is very hard to hear unless you're in the same room. There is no way to change the volume or the jingle (except to turn it off entirely). It sort of defeats the point of a dryer which senses when it is done (rather than using a plain timer) if I can't hear when it finishes early. Dryers 30 years ago had no problem emitting a loud buzzer, but LG tried to get cute and it backfired.

Another minor issue is that, in most modes, you can't change the heat setting. So if I am using the default "cotton/normal" mode, it won't let me change the heat setting for that load from "medium". I can only do that from manual (timed) mode, and then I don't get the dryness sensing. When I'm in a real hurry, or when I'm washing very durable items, I'd like to be able to set the heat to high.

One thing to note is that this "white" dryer may not match the "white" of other brands. It doesn't match our Maytag washer, which is a more true white.

Update: I'm not sure if all the "not helpful" votes for my review are because people think my complaints are too petty or if I pissed off some LG dealer by giving only 3 stars. Shrug.

I purchased 3 different products from Turbo Air. Two of them worked correctly, one of them did not. The PRO-26R was less than 6 Mos old and only keeping food at 42 43 deg. Above the state health code required temperature.(the unit has a two year parts & labor warranty. The digital thermometer on the front of the unit always read between 29 37 deg. The warranty department sent a technician out to look at the unit. He said nothing was wrong with it & refused to do any repairs. This after he spent less than 5 minutes looking at the unit. I ask him to temp the food in the unit but he refused & stated he was not required to check food temperature. I hired a 3rd party refrigeration company to inspect the unit & they verified the unit was not working correctly. I contacted the warranty department & they said that there was nothing else they could do & refused to even come back out to look at the unit again, even after I was given a full report from another refrigeration company (which I had to pay for). This is the kind of warranty service I get after spending almost $15,000.00 on their products. I received an email from Nelson Lee the warranty service manager saying "It is true since we place the sensor inside top so it reads a bit low them than actual one. And the temp can not be the same. And the customer also complained the temp difference between inside top and bottom. It is true as well. However it happens all refrigerators especially one door unit since it is skinny and tall unit. And it food inside blocks air flow in the unit, there would be more temp difference." This is what you can expect if you have a problem with one of their units.
