Everything came as shown and was easy to install. Some tweaks need to be done, but nothing serious. I looked for months and this is the best deal you will get. Has everything to tap a keg once put together. I would reccomend knowing where your local C02 gas store is because I ran into the problem of nobody wanting to fill the tank I provided that came with this kit. Most beer distributors and gas places will only want to trade in bottles, so you can save yourself $30 by not getting the tank if there is nowhere near you that fills. Fire Extinguisher Places will fill them up for about $11 making it cheaper in the long run to own your own tank, but dont be surprised if there is nobody around you who will do it....just saying. I love this thing!

This is not a cheap unit! maintains temp very well. shipped quickly and safely. all hardware heavy duty. I purchased this one for commercial use, and although its not the top of the line, thats not what I needed it for. I installed this on a passenger bus, and it works great! I was very impressed with this unit. I have bought several kegerators in the past 5 years, and this is by far the best quality for the price. Great value. (I have purchased two of these now, and highly recommend this one.)

Purchased this unit through Amazaon / The Beverage Factory. After installation the unit was very noisy while running and would intermittently make a very loud knocking noise. After several calls to the Beverage Factory, they shipped me another core unit. The unit arrived and I had to move over the tap handle, CO2 tank and all hardware to the new unit. The new unit performed the exact same way as the previous one. After a ton of frustration, the Beverage Factory promised me a full refund. I'm currently waiting for them to process the return so I can shop elsewhere for a new Kegerator.

So I was doing what most home brew enthusiasts do and I was trying to build a kegerator and accidentally cut the freon line, I called around and asked the fridge repair guys in the area and told me it wasn't worth fixing, well I got the mini fridge for free so I thought it was worth trying. I soldered the line and tested for leaks and tapped into the line using this product and had to create a vacuum by using an old air compressor that could reverse the pump then used the standard auto freon refill bottles and its been working for about three years now, now problems. this product works great and fits standard freon bottle refill connections.

I bought this item in hopes of tapping my low pressure side of a small refrigerator. I think I ordered the wrong one because the saddle part was too big, even with the spacer. I tried to use it anyway and only managed to pierce the tube without managing a tight enough seal to vacuum the system, and refill with freon and leave the valve in place.

I finally gave in and bought another small refrigerator.

No fault of the product...my error.

I still recommend this provider and their products. They were prompt, reasonable, and were of no error in this order.

We bought the GE SS counter depth refrigerator. From day one this refrigerator had issues. It makes very loud noises when it runs. The mother boards are a constant problem with GE. Now the area above the crisper freezes over and it does not cool. I would not buy a GE unless you want to be constantly repairing this item.

I bought this LG refrigerator as part of kitchen package.I originally was looking at a Frigdaire package and the salesman steered me toward LG, "too many issues with Frigidaire" he said. I was on a tight budget when I bought this, but think it's a good value.

After I purchased it I read some negative reviews regarding LG refrigerators. I have only had this appliance for one month, but so far no problems.

The refrigerator side does what a fridge is suppose to do, keep cold food cold. The LED lighting is a great feature, you can see whats in the back without digging around. The ice maker does a great job of making ice and keeping the bin full. We live in Arizona and go through alot of ice.

My only issue is the icemaker labels and buttons are hard to read and not back lite unless you actually push the button to see what you are getting.

Also agree that the factory packaging is sub-par. My unit arrived with the cabinet very slightly skewed ( you have to look pretty hard to notice it), and needed to use the leveling feet to sit it straight. Nevertheless, a fine little unit which looks great on the countertop, holds the set-point temperature perfectly, and makes absolutely no noise whatsoever.

I bought this from Home Depot for my mom as a Christmas present last year. It has just stopped working (the display and light still work but it simply will not get cold). So here I am thinking that I am still within a 1 year warranty. Well I went to the manual and of course the warranty was something like 60 or 90 days. That's unbelievable for a $150 product. An attempt to contact Vinotemp through their website went unanswered. Just buy this product at your own risk and see if you can maybe purchase an extended warranty through a provider like SquareTrade or something.

When the package arrived the door was not attached. I fixed it without too much effort. Since then the door has come off once under normal use. Other than a those two issues with the door I'm very happy with this wine fridge.

Be warned before purchasing anything from Vinotemp, as their customer service policeis are less than customer friendly. I received the VT-6TEDS model, via UPS. Box was in perfect shape, with no sign of damage or shipping related problems. Looking as if everything was in good order, I wrapped the box, and presented to my wife as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the box, we discovered that the stainless steel door had numerous scratches and a large rub mark. The condition was so bad, at first we were convinced that there must be a protective film on the door nope, there was nothing to protect the surface. Vinotemp's customer service department did nothing to assist, other than to site a conditions and terms policy, stating that a customer has -4days to notify them of damage, otherwise you accept the product. Well, since I didn't open a perfect box, and look more closely at the product, Vinotemp would take no responsibility for the problem. They seemed to be more interested in placing blame on the shipping company (UPS). Upon closer inspection of the cooler, I am now convinced that what I was sent was a returned or refurbished unit. The protective film was missing, UPC or serial number had been cut and removed from the manufacturer's box, and manufacture date was Oct 2006 (seems odd that their inventory is 5 years old have to wonder how that would have impacted long term performance). This unit clearly looks as if it had been used. I escalated to a Vinotemp VP, who also held firm to the "you didn't tell us within 4 days" stance, and refused to help in any way, even though I advised that this was a gift, and that I had no idea that there even was a -4day notification period (I had the product for about 12 days before calling customer service) in fact, my paperwork from Vinotemp does not state any such policy. So, the message here is BUYER BEWARE. Vinotemp will attempt to devert responsibility for any problem to you, the shipper, anybody but themselves. In my experience, they completely failed to stand behind their product, or attempt to satisfy a customer in any way. I can only wonder what type of service I would have received if the unit were to malfunction during the 12 month warranty period.

I have a DolFyn water distillation unit. [Model A30D] City tap water entering the water intake valve must be super clean or the electric intake valve will fail and it is very expensive to replace. In addition, unfiltered water entering the boiling chamber means that you have to clean it more often which is a hassle and not inexpensive either.This 5 micron filter by Omnipure filters sediment effectively. I have used my previous one for 2 years before replacing it. I cut the old filter in half to examine the filter material and found that it was uniformy filled with debris from the tap water. [Your tap water source may require more frequent changes] This filter is expremely easy to change. Just push the 1/4" tubing into the filter end and it is water-tight. Just make sure that you cut a bit off the supply and exit tubing each time so that the tubing is smooth where it goes into the filter ends. Also make sure that direction of the water flow is the same as the flow arrow printed on the filter. This filter is a must for anyone owning a distillation unit to avoid costly maintenance. Price was roughly half of what it is at retail locally. Delivery was one day late but considering it was during the Christmas and New Years holiday that is not unreasonable. Very satisfied with this filter and seller.

I have lots of iron in my water, after 14 days of service live on one of the filters from Lowes I could taste iron.
