This freezer is very quiet and chilled out very fast. The stainless steel is neutral and really looks great under the counter. The pull out bins are easy to remove so foods can be organized without the need to leave the freezer door opened. There is not a single feature that does not deserve five stars. The energy rating is the best in its class according to the energy label but only time will tell if this is accurate based on our electric bills.

I've been searching for a small, stainless steel, upright freezer for a few years. I was happy when I found this one online. I wasn't sure about the pull-out baskets, but they turned out to be quite handy. Note that the shelves are not adjustable, as the freezer coils run through the shelves. This seems to be common in upright freezers. The space between the shelves is high enough to accommodate a large roast, bag of chicken breasts, or a 2.5 cup tall container. It is pretty quiet (no louder than my Whirlpool refrigerator) and fits perfectly in my very small kitchen. I have the temperature set at the middle setting (level 3 of 6) and it does just fine. The best thing about this freezer is that I don't have to dig through the contents to find what I am looking for. I just slide out a basket and take out the item. I would definitely recommend this freezer to anyone who needs one to fit in a small space.

This freezer needed to be in a small area in an upstairs loft next to a sleeping area. It fits the bill perfectly. It is unobtrusive, cooled quickly and is QUIET.

While my wife and I were very pleased with this unit at first, after 4 months it stopped freezing anything. Not only did we lose a freezer full of food but the only way to get it repaired or replaced, even though it has a one year warranty, is to ship it back to California. This is an expensive proposition from Pennsylvania and not worth the price.

To me this effectively means that the unit has no warranty, unless of course you happen to live close to the manufacturer. Like the title says, beware of this product, if it works I'm happy for you, if not, don't count on any support from Sunpentown.

Arrived in perfect condition. Works well, and is very quiet. Two previous mini-freezers from other vendors arrived either damaged, or did not work. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a dorm style fridge or freezer.

This cooler will keep your wines at the prescribed temperature, but the controls are somewhat inaccurate, difficult to set and maintain at wine temperature (58-60) It's either 55 or less or 70 plus degrees, ok if you are just trying to avoid the hot summer temperature fluctuations. If I could do it again I would upgrade to something that had better temp controls.

Sunbeam SGS90701W 0.7-Cubic Feet Microwave Oven, White

My kitchen is quite small and lacks a built-in microwave, so this model is a good fit for me. Pretty basic control pad but adequate for my purposes, as I use it mainly to reheat leftovers or prepare steamed veggies. I've had it for a month or so and can't say how it will hold up over time. Mine is white metal; the finish is smooth and of decent quality. The interior dimensions are fine for my needs. My only criticism so far is that the glass revolving tray lacks notches to keep it in place, and it moves out of alignment on occasion. I think this is a well-priced choice for a small kitchen, dorm room, or office, where it will get light use and won't get moved around a lot.

This is a heads up for anyone who has sensitive hearing as I do: this little microwave oven works well enough and fits nicely on the kitchen shelf but it has an annoyingly loud beeper to let you know the heating has finished (and it beeps again several times if you forget to take the dish out within a couple of minutes). I called the company to ask if there's a way to turn down the sound (or even turn it off!) but there isn't.

I have not been satisfied with this microwave at all. First of all the plate inside jumps around no matter how you position it, so everytime you try to cook something it sounds like there is a fight going on inside of this thing. Second of all the timer seems to only work half of the time. Kinda frustrating when you have something cooking on the stove and something cooking in the stove and not knowing how much time is left for the item to be cooked. And finally, the most important, the power of this model is pathetic. I know I read the description and such before purchasing, but come on, it can't even handle a lean pocket which is the most basic and most important of all microwave meals! Maybe my microwave was the red-headed stepchild in the factory and everyone else got the good ones, but I would stay clear of this junk and spring the extra dough for a good one. Now I'm out the cost of this AND a nice one... If you want a microwave dont get this, if you want a kitchen counter clock (without a reliable timer) by all means this is 100% what you need in your kitchen.

Liebherr 15.5 Cu. Ft. Panel Ready Freestanding Counter Depth Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - CS1611

We purchased a Liebherr CS1301 a few years back and had nothing but problems.

The finish, or lack thereof is almost impossible to keep clean. We contacted Liebherr service and were told the fridge only had a partial factory finish and we should use the 2 oz bottle supplied to do the final finish. Talk about insane for a premium priced product.

We have tried no fewer than a dozen different cleaners and nothing works.

The freezer started acting up, the alarm would sound showing temp dropping. After awhile I contacted Liebherr. I was told there is an issue with the sensor whereby it freezes. This causes the fridge to bypass the thermostat.

Ok, so where is the customer notification or recall to fix this issue?

I've always purchased German products whenever possible, this brand is a total disappointment.

If I ever wanted my wife to leave me, all I would have to do is buy another Liebherr product.

This is the right size and fit perfectly. But these are made of cheap material

and will not LAST LONG. This is not fault of the seller. FRIGIDAIRE needs to

make a better product. These break very easily just opening and shutting the door.

Pro's:

-slightly higher water volume than the Maytag model

-OK tasting water

-did not leak

-comes with the stick on date stamp, so you know when to change the filter

Cons:

-longer in length than the Maytag, really not an issue for me, but could be depending on your fridge's shelving.

-I returned this filter because it left a plastic or bitter taste to the water. I fill a quart bottle each day for drinking at work. I was immediately able to taste the difference between this filter and the Maytag one. But, I left it installed hoping that it would go away after a week or so of use. But it didn't, so I returned it.

It's not like I'm a picky water drinker either. I'm totally happy with cheap bottled water like Costco's Kirkland brand more than the expensive stuff like Evian & Fuji and the like. But, the "plasticky" taste was something I really couldn't live with. I gave it 3 stars because the product worked well and build quality was fine. Taste is subjective, so others might like the water it produces just fine.

I was under the impression that product was tested aginst NSF standard 42 and NSF standard 53. The first one tests filter for aesthetic effects in the water such as chlorine taste/smell, not harmful to health. Standard 53 tests for harmful contaminants, such as heavy metals, chemicals, and even bacteria. The filter package states that the filter is tested aginst standard 42 but does not mention standard 53. I can only assume it was not tested, and this being the most important function of the filter it's a pretty glaring defect. I

Normally solid carbon filters, as this one claims to be, are extremely effective at removing contaminants, so I cannot imagine why the manufacturer did not proceed with the testing of standard 53.
