I bought this item to put on an indoor chest freezer to keep my toddler out of it. It attached easily and securly and I would recommend this for this use. The lock is able to stand up to my "He-ma" of a toddler and that makes me a happy camper.
Bought this November, 2011 and we're replacing it by January, 2013. Hate it. No cover on single light so it's dark inside. The door shelves have a huge gap between the bottom of the shelf and the bottom of the side bar so everything smaller than a milk bottle falls out all the time.
Now after a little more than a year it's not cold enough and I just tossed a bunch of spoiled food.
This is the second one of this model we had delivered. We wanted a fridge with a built-in ice maker. The first one produced ice that tasted like toxic waste. The appliance repair guy told it was due to some sort of sprayed they used to seal the thing. Called the company and they absolutely blew me off. This was after we only had the fridge for two weeks!!!! Said it was not their problem, it was our water. The store we bought it from replaced it after threatening I was going to bring the thing to the front of their store with a sign and a sledge hammer.

THE DOOR STORAGE IS TERRIBLE ...ONLY ROUND CONTAINERS STAY IN THE DOOR WHEN IT CLOSES AS THE COMPARTMENTS ARE NOT DEEP AT ALL ... SALAD DRESSING BOTTLES NEED TO BE STORED BEHIND HEAVY LARGER CONTAINERS OR THEY SLIP OUT ONTO THE FLOOR

Fit perfectly in Kenmore Dryer Model 110.67442600. Lightening strike nearby had ruined original (timer component only, on/off still worked, but would not shut off on own).
I'm an old PUR under sink filter system user and since they canceled that product line, I needed a replacement system. I chose this and found most everything matched up with the old components of the PUR system. The water dispensing is somewhat slow and degrades over the life of the filter but the water is great. The key to this system is to find a good dispensing faucet as the one that comes with it is cheap chromed plastic. After reading many reviews about the problems with the included faucet, I used a different dispenser. Actually, it was the same one that came with the PUR system and it works well.
This thing was amazingly simple to install. Tubing merely slides into the inlet and outlet sides of the holder. Cartridge is simple to change, water is so clear you almost can't see it. I installed one on my boat for the icemaker and cockpit sink.
We needed a water filter for an older water and ice in door fridge that did not have a built in filter. This was very easy to install and now we have great tasting ice and water. we recently moved to a new state from oregon and found the taste of the water was sooo horrible that we bought cases of water instead of drinking from the tap. We found this on amazon and figured for the price it was worth a try. We are very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. It mounted to the wall next to the fridge for easy changing.
