Frigidaire 241681903 Ice Actuator for Refrigerator

Frigidaire 241681903 Ice Actuator for RefrigeratorNot much to review about this other than that it's a direct replacement for the original ice actuator which failed on my fridge. Apparently these parts fail quite often due to the small plastic prongs which the actuator pivots on. This one is no different, but it was an exact fit and has held up well so far, after two months of heavy use.

worked fine. I could have used a little more written instructions or illustrations as to how to replace. New or near new quality.

So my ice acuator broke during a holiday party, probably from a little overuse. I wasn't sure what the problem was at first but after researching and figuring out the problem was a broken piece on the ice acuator I was at ease that I didn't have to replace the motor or anything major. After taking off the cover to the ice and water dispenser I saw that a small plastic piece that was a quarter inch in length was the problem. It had broken off and was not making the proper contact when a cup would be pressed against the acuator to dispense the ice. The fix was a quick 10-15 minutes after I had received my part. Works perfect now.

Whirlpool 67002659 Crisper Pan for Refrigerator

Whirlpool 67002659 Crisper Pan for RefrigeratorOne of my crisper pans had cracked and I purchased this product from Amazon as it seemed to have the most reasonable price. The product arrived on time and was an exact replacement for the pan I had. Very pleased with this purchase.

This pan arrived with a huge crack on its side and even though it was reportedly a universal size it was too large.

Perfect fit to original replacement ! your fridge model might have a white trim face that can be removed and re-attached to this drawer if need be......I think Jen-air adds the white face trim for added looks but not at all needed

LG LDG3015ST 30 Freestanding Gas Range 5 Sealed Burners, Self Clean, Stainless Steel

LG LDG3015ST 30 Freestanding Gas Range 5 Sealed Burners, Self Clean, Stainless Steel
  • 30" Freestanding Gas Range with 5 Sealed Burners
  • 2.2 cu. ft. Upper Oven, 3.9 cu. ft. Lower Oven
  • 2 Standard Racks with 7 Positions
  • 12 Hr. Automatic Shut-Off
  • Self-Cleaning (Upper and Lower Ovens)

My range came in a somewhat timely manner, not quite as quickly as some of the items I've purchased at Amazon though. It came undamaged, which I was a little nervous about after I'd read some of the other reviews, but mine was perfect and dent free. It's an attractive range and I love the smaller oven on top for broiling and smaller baking jobs. The touch controls are pretty easy to figure out. My only complaint with the Range is that it seems to take longer to heat to cooking temps than my old Range did. It came natural gas ready and we use propane but the jets to covert came with it, as did easy instructions to change it over. All in all a great Range though and I'd buy it again!!

Love this stove! It is really fun to cook on. Easy to install. Haven't had the chance to use the ovens much, but I can't wait until the holidays!

Whirlpool W10153451 M FILTER -AIR
  • M FILTER -AIR

This only works with certain fridges so be careful. I gave it a 5 because it is OEM quality just didn't fit my fridge and that is not the products fault.

Whynter BWR-33SD 33 Bottle Built-In Wine Refrigerator

We just moved into our new place and wanted to class up our kitchen. There was an existing 15" spot that used to be a trash compactor from the previous owner. The measurements for this Whynter wine refrigerator was exactly spot on for the space. Of course having just bought a new house, we wanted to keep furnishings affordable. This wine fridge arrived surprisingly quickly for such a large item. Very very pleasantly surprised at how nice it looked after unpacking. Each shelf holds a good number of bottles if you place them in alternating directions.

Had some spare furniture sliders that we put under the unit and presto it slid into place perfectly! Ran it for a few hours and played around with the controls. Worked perfectly. If we have the blinds drawn the sun hits part of the the wine fridge at certain times. The tinted glass door actually came in useful, even though we never even considered that issue. I would say it runs pretty quietly. It's as quiet as our brand new fridge and has a very slight hum when we open the unit and the compressor runs for a few minutes. Love the handle bar. Just a real nice looking unit in all and we're very excited to fill it up in the near future.

Received product yesterday via FedEx, installed undercounter to replace a trash compactor. Unit is quiet, cycles on and off as expected. Doesn't make any more noise than a regular refrigerator. We keep it at the 40F mark, my wife likes her white wines chilled. I would highly recommend this to anybody as a remodel or a new installation. 7/27/12, As time goes on, the unit freezes up after approximately 2-3 months of operation. Contacted Whynter, you get no where with them other than the unit is operating properly. Customer Service stated I needed to defrost the unit, no where on the website or owners manual does it state to defrost. Appears a higher CFM fan needs to be installed in the unit. Buyer beware, if I had to do this again I would not have purchased this product.

Whynter BWR-33SD 33 Bottle Built-In Wine Refrigerator

I just did a minor reno on the house and added a new fridge in the kitchen and needed something to highlight the overall space. I took out a 15" cabinet and this Whynter unit fit in perfectly. I had an older Danby wine refrigerator that I gave to my brother. The shelves have are nice steel trimmed wood that can be completely removed as needed. Handle bar is heavy and solid and I like that the controls are not in the unit like many other brands. It's a tight fit for larger champagne bottles, but removing the shelves takes car of it. Has a charcoal filter on the back that keeps the unit fresh especially if you plan on using it as a humidor to store cigars etc. Performance is good, cools very effectively and is about as quiet/noisy as your regular fridge. The price is definitely right.

We needed something for a 15" space and wanted built in, which limits the options. I had a vinotemp which lasted about 6 years, which I guess is good for these things, but it never kept the white wine cold and the metal shelves were a nightmare. The Whynter product gets to lower temperatures, which is great for our whites. The shelves, are much better, although all of these wine coolers have shelves that are too tight. The unit is super quiet. Also another big plus is that it doesn't reset the temperature when we get a power hit -it stays right where we had it set. I absolutely love this wine cooler so far....we'll wait for a few months and give an update, based on some of the other reviews.

Whynter BWR-33SD 33 Bottle Built-In Wine Refrigerator

After several weeks of indecisiveness over size and brand, we finally jumped on this Whynter with the unexpected price drop. I had been dreaming of a built-in unit ever since I took out a section of my cabinets for a trash compactor which I never installed. Since we'd be doing lots of entertaining over the hols, it would be now or never.

The unit arrive superbly packaged, well too well packaged actually. I spent a good 10 mins unpackaing it. Everything was brand new and mint. Installed the handle with no issue. Plugged it it before I pushed it into the cabinet space. Everything checked-out and it got cold suprisingly fast. The shelves are a nice wood and stainless trim and at this price I would be greedy if I expected gliding roller shelves. Seemed very comparable to my brother's Summit wine refrigerator. It's heavy but can be pushed into place with not much effort. Placed all my wines but wasn't able to fill it to capacity. I must say that it looks incredible when in place and filled with wine. The entire kitchen seemed a notch more classy with this Whynter fridge.

The unit chilled the wine very easily and within 3-4 hours, the wines were pretty much at optimal temperature. It's my 3 week with it and it's exceeded much of what I expected and hoped for.

Genuine Viking Pa020041 Tytronics 0+4 Spark Module

Genuine Viking Pa020041 Tytronics 0+4 Spark Module
  • Original Viking Part
  • Not a replacement part
  • TYTRONICS 0+4 SPARK MODULE

I had attempted to purchase this product from two other sources and was provided with "so-called" equivalent items. In one case the item was physically too larger and would have not even fit. Luckily I was able to return the items. The module provided by Dey Parts was precisely as advertized, with free shipping, quick delivery and it works fine... I am completely satisfied.

Whirlpool WDF530PAYW 530 24" White Full Console Dishwasher - Energy Star

Whirlpool WDF530PAYW 530 24' White Full Console Dishwasher - Energy StarThis is the third Whirlpool dishwasher that I have had fail in the last 3 years! This one failed exactly one month after the warranty expired (Whirlpool didn't even consider extended a courtesy to a loyal customer), the one before that lasted 2 years, the one before that 10 years.

Whirpool seems to be in a steep decline in overall quality. I manage rental units and repair/replace dishwashers and appliances all the time, but these newest Whirlpool models are unsatisfactory and unreliable. The no frills, cheap off-brand dishwashers last far longer with no problems.

For years Whirlpool was my "go to" brand for major appliances, but after this series of failures I will be looking for a more reliable brand.

Whirlpool WDF530PAYWVery nice product for under $400.00 Including S/H. Does the job with a price tag that won't kill the family budget!

Easy to install

Works as describe

Avanti 4.8 cubic ft. Built-In All Refrigerator-Stainless Steel

Avanti 4.8 cubic ft. Built-In All Refrigerator-Stainless Steel
  • The 5.3 cubic foot capacity provides plenty of storage space
  • Quality stainless steel door and handle
  • Adjustable shelves can also be removed to meet storage needs
  • Interior light eases visibility
  • Reversible hinge for a left or right door swing

My husband and I bought this unit 2 years ago while doing a remodel to rental suite (they'd have their private mini-kitchen). It sat for a few months in the box waiting to be installed inside the house, air conditioned, and away from sunlight. We finally opened an installed it 9/2011. Aside from using it twice for chilling party trays (turning it on when needed, off when not), it didn't go into "full-time use" until we had a renter move in upstairs and began to use it 9/1/2012. The renter noticed an issue in March 2013 as her milk and other food was going bad faster than the expiration dates and finally brought it to our attention on 3/20/2013. We put a thermometer inside, left the fridge closed for 30 minutes, and took a reading it was 20 degrees warmer in the fridge than the digital thermometer was set to (we left it in overnight and it never went lower than 57 degrees). My husband called Avanti the next day (as they were closed) and a serviceperson was sent out today (3/22/2013). For $65 the serviceperson looked the unit over and declared that there was a sealant issue in the lines that could not be fixed and that we would need to call our city to properly dispose of it. Great. We're out of the warranty zone and out $700, but if there's anything we've learned from this is:

Fridge-fairies do not exist.

Get a fridge with a 2 year or more warranty.

Stand alones are 1/3 the price or more than the cost of a built in.

They only last 2 years before petering out especially when they're this cheap (according to the serviceperson representing Avanti!)

If you're really concerned about looks, spend around $1,000 or more for a good mini-fridge built-in. Or buy a full fridge.
