No issues after letting the seals sit out to flatten after being in the box. If you don't let them flatten out before install you will have some sealing issues.

Those who care about their electricity consumption, should really consider this unit. There are many units out there that are much cheaper and perhaps more practical in size, but this one is one of the few that have a published electricity rating. Some of its Marvel rivals are not energy certified/rated.

I did lots of research on wine coolers and things to look for when buying one, and I trusted consumer report that mentioned this unit to be least expensive in yearly energy consumption.

It uses 400kWh per year, so they calculated the average yearly cost to run the unit to be $47 on average. In NY, of course, it would be a double, but it is still good enough than paying $400+ a year for a dual temperature unit or a unit that is cheaper and more compact.

As the previous review stated, the unit is made in USA and Canada, which is refreshing. YAY!

In general, the unit is quite sturdy; although on a heavier side, its pieces/parts are not flimsy. Sliding racks are super smooth. Bordeaux and Pinot Noir bottles fit with no problem.

It is tiny tiny bit loud when it is running, but we have an old GE fridge (over 15 years old) standing next to it that has been making noise for some time, so now they both can make noise together. I am used to it, so unless you are very sensitive to this type of noise, you may want to pass on wine cooler all together. They all make some noise, period!

Bottom line, I just got the unit. Not sure how it will run in the long run, but I will update this review once there are any changed/news.

We had looked for a wine fridge for a long time before settling on this particular one. Love the look and it holds as many bottles as it says it will. Love everything about it but the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is that it is a little loud when it is running. Definitely worth the money though!

Again, we spent time searching for an appliance made in the U. S. or Canada. All Electrolux products are in fact made in the U. S. or Canada, we loved this cooler so much that we bought other appliances made by them and love them all. Looks good, works good and does not require an engeneering degree to install and operate it.

Anyway, delivery was a challenge, wrong day for starters. They called on the Monday to say it'd be Wednesday not Tuesday. Given for me it's a 2 hr drive north and a vacation place I've been fixing up for years, not the most convenient thing. The caller told me it was because the truck broke down. The delivery guy said it was because of the Jewish holidays. Then they "got lost', and instead of the 2:00pm to 6:00pm delivery window I got it in the dark at 9:00pm.

Furthermore they sent a box truck that was too large for our hill road, which I'd specifically told them about, not mentioned in the notes, but they did manage to write "stairs" on the order. More on that later. I ended up getting it onto my pick-up in the dark and the driver refused to leave the truck, so the other guy came with me and we got it into the house and then the company charges $25 per 7 stairs that as he was on his own I just said that's enough, I'm not paying to help you carry it down the stairs, so I left it in the box. It did work out with "free" delivery and no State sales tax $300 cheaper than Lowes, but a lot more traumatic. So I went up again last weekend to unpack it and make sure it works within the 30 days

So the Electrolux seems to work well. It can handle 46 bottles, but looses two bottom shelves for a "Display" angled shelf that you can have lit. I tend to prefer to have all the bottle's at an angle that ensures the cork stays moist. This still might be ok. The end of the shelves are metallic, not wood.

It's a little loud when running, but they all make some noise, I don't notice it and it shuts off when at the correct temp, which it reaches pretty quickly. There is a charcoal air filter, which I'd don't really see the need for. Running costs are estimated at $45 a year.

Overall I'm pleased. If you live in a regular location and have no stairs it's a good deal. I ordered from HcCost. It wasn't the cost pushed me to this over Lowes but the fuss they made when I tried to order with them online and by phone. At least with Amazon and it's resellers you click a button.

I have had this device for 1 week.

1. It seems to work as advertised. It came undamaged and the shipper HCcost was great!

2. The door requires a great deal clearance on the side to open correctly. BE WARNED. Look at detailed specs.

3. Door opens from left to right (hinge is on the right) Plan for the additional room required!

4. The unit DOES NOT come with a door conversion kit to change the hinge from the right side to the left. If you want the kit, it is approx $117 from electrolux. This includes a couple of brackets, and plastic covers. In my opinion, for a $1500 wine cooler, this is unacceptable. The customer service folks offered a 10% discount, but $105 plus s+h for two brackets, and plastic bracket cover in my opinion is a complete ripoff. For that I unfortunately can not recommend this unit. The cost of the conversion kit is a deal breaker.

Good replacement for the original water filter cap on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Item is a bit expensive for a plain molded plastic item, but I am glad that the seller had it in stock. It is not widely available.

Was afraid that this replacement cap would not be as advertise; to my surprise it was the exact thing as the old one.

Whirlpool Part Number 2188661: Crisper Pan

I have this product for my whirlpool fridge. The drawer I originally had started breaking. I did some research and found this drawer. While it does not say it's a replacement for the 2188661, the 2188656 part is a perfect fit and match! I loved it because it also saved me $50 off the cost of the "main" product. I don't know why they're offering 2 different products at such a steep/different cost, but go for the cheaper part. I received the fridge yesterday and it was in good condition, and when I turned it turned on it dropped the temperature inside from 76 to 54 in about 15-20 minutes. It appears to be made of quality construction and since its a fridge and not a cooler Im expecting it to last a long time. The one issue is that when the coolant cycles there is a noise that can be heard outside the kitchen. Im not sure if thats what I can always expect but Im going to see how to correct that.

I picked the Whynter because I found a site that reviewed wine fridges () and the Whynter had good reviews.

I purchased this item about four months ago and I still love it. I was looking for a narrow wine fridge that that I could install into the center island in my kitchen. I did not have much space so this 12" wide model was perfect. I still cant believe it holds as much as it does. I purchased this on my Prime Membership and had it shipped overnight for $4 (I have no idea how Amazon makes any money when they will ship a big item for $4) Anyway, I have noticed that at times the fridge does make some noise but it is nothing that will ever bother you. This fridge does drop the temperature of bottles very quickly. I am very happy with this fridge, I would highly reccomend it.

Bought this as a replacement for a Frigidaire that's thermostat wouldn't work (and Frigidaire wouldn't do anything about it even tho it was a very common problem). Really like this Danby much better. A perfect addition to our tack room. Plenty of internal storage and handy can dispensers. The dispenser allows you to select any can, I have a different brand mini fridge in my workshop which requires you select the bottom can in a stack of eight, this dispenser allows you to select your drink, any drink. A full width freezer compartment is not typical, and was a welcome find on this fridge.

Transport of mini fridges is always going to be difficult, because they do not have substantial packaging. I ordered this one using prime next day to minimize the time in transit. It had minor dings which is fine for a tack room. You may consider buying one locally if you want this to arrive blemish free. The packing of this and all other mini fridges is not designed for carrier transpiration. You will have some damage, even if that damage is a small ding on the back.

It keeps the contents nice and cold, even when set on the middle area of the thermostat.

The energy star rating is a plus.

I would buy again.

Very good fridge. It has plenty of space for the typical dorm room and the drink rack in the door is nice. Freezer section makes ice fine but won't keep ice cream frozen. I have it located under my bed in college and noise is not a problem, it has never woken me up despite being 3 feet from my head.

The door did come with a slight dent in the door but this has not affected functionality at all, I'm not sure whether Amazon or the shipping company was responsible for this but it isn't a big deal.

The refrigerator arrived in quite cheap packaging. When I opened it, I found many large dents on all sides of it. It seemed to be alright for the price, except I didn't like the door arrangement. Too many places for cans and not enough for anything else. I can't say anything about how it worked, as I never turned it on. Amazon was great about returning it. They picked it up and credited my credit card right away. Great company, but they should check the shipping boxes to make sure they are strong enough.

1. * Cooling * I needed a cooler that could handle varying ambient temperature with low noise levels as I don't run the AC all day. Thermoelectric coolers are near silent but they can only cool so far past room temperature. This model is compressor based and is very quiet so it does both jobs well.

2. * Storage * Shelves make for easier racking and then later on easier viewing. Shelves that look nice are tough to find. Shelves that fit any kind of bottle are even tougher. This cooler has nice wooden slide-out shelves and the right design to place everything from ice wines to champagnes, as long as you stick to 750mL and under of course.

3. * Size * Floor space was at a premium so a high density cooler with minimal footprint was ideal. This one is both narrow and can still hold up to 24 bottles depending on the bottle size.

4. * Multi-zone * I like everything from champagne, to ice wines, to whites and reds so a single temperature won't do. The multi-zone coolers I found tend to have only two discrete temperatures. The design of the 1115WCB allows for a gradient of temperatures as you move from the bottom to the top. This means you can lay champagnes and ice wines at the bottom and move up to whites and finally reds and they will all be in their "ideal" storage temperatures.

5. * Showcase * The lowest section allows you to place bottles at an angle which is great to showcase your best wines. I currently keep three bottles of champagne as it is the coldest section and they look nice there. Few coolers have a section like this and it makes for great eye candy.
