When I initially ordered the o-rings, I was shipped the wrong size. However, when I sent an inquiry to the vendor, they asked for a photograph of my RO system, and were able to determine the correct size O-ring from the the photograph! The new o-rings were shipped the next day, along with a post-paid return for the rings that were too large.
