This item is a direct OEM replacement. There no difference between the old one and this new one. It plugs in fine and all hoses disconnect and re connect easily. As for the functionality of the item, it works fine, no issues yet. Time to replace is about 15-30 min based on your skill set. The seller was quick and the piece was in hand shortly after placing the order, which was nice. It came in OEM packaging, not repack, so you can tell it was a new item. No issues with it or the seller, so I would purchase from them again if need to.

The only difference between between this one and the original one is the original one used plastic nuts. This one used push-lock, you just cut the plastic nuts off.
