I have had a Kenmore refrigerator for the past 6 years and it was getting old paying around $50.00 plus for a {one} new water filter!!! I can buy two Aqua Fresh filters which are built with the same materials as the factory brand for the same price. The Aqua Fresh filter installed within seconds, without a hitch. I bought two of these filters for about the same price as the Whirlpool filters. When it comes to appliance parts don't panic, because a part is made from another country. All of the major appliance companies purchase large amounts of their parts from Asia.... My last GM vehicle I bought the engine was from China, the transmission was from Japan and the body was from Canada.... Lightening shipping, great communicators, ordered early Tuesday morning from New York to Oklahoma in three days. They kept me informed and up to date until it was delivered. I am all about buying quality parts at 50% of the cost of the factory name brand. Besides the water tastes good again... I will absolutely buy from Seneca River Trading again.... Thanks Guys

This product fits well enough, it is a pinch smaller than the original but fits. Everyone in my family has said it caused a weird taste. The taste is a lot like old metal pipes. Some of my family says it tastes like chemicals. I would not buy this again for myself.
