
This product does not meet my expectations. First, it was delivered with a broken lock. I called customer service right away and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then told me they would call me back in two business days. Second, the wine refrigerator is very loud and sounds like an inexpensive fan. Third, the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Finally, I paid close to $1,000 for this piece about a month ago and they promised "white glove" delivery. Upon arrival the delivery people showed me the invoice, which reflected "bronze delivery," and they would not deliver it inside my house.
