I installed this filter on my refrigerator on 5/3/2013. I woke up this morning (5/31/2013) to a flood in my kitchen. Water was pouring out from around the filter. I did not have this problem with other filters that I've installed.

Ok now but plastic taste to water for a couple of weeks when first installed. Possibly pre-soaking filter first may help.
