Form-Fit-Function replacement for our in-the-door ice dispenser, which broke off right below the "chute" part. Once I figured out how to get the faceplate off of the door, it was a simple matter of snapping out the old, broken part, and snapping this one in. It fit perfectly, no modificaitons needed, matches the removed one, and works just fine. There were some difficulties actually GETTING it from this company they shipped the first one, which ended up who-knows-where. Then there was an address snafu with the replacement also ended up...lost. Then, they simply refunded me the initial costs, and I started a completely new order. That delivered with no problems...go figure. Sometimes, our postal system is just slightly...off...
