We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator from Lowe's. The delivery men drooped the bin on the street as the removed the doors of the refrigerator to get it in our home. The bin broke and Lowe's was to get a replacement but never did. We found it on Amazon and purchased it. It was an exact fit and we now have the bin replaced. It's been three years now and we have not heard from Lowe's.
