I have found this to be a very good item. The price they wanted for the GE smart filter was double what this was,and I think the water tastes just as good if not better. Very easy to install. I'm very happy with it and will buy another one next time.

I was delighted with this product when I received and began using it great price and functioned well. Told everyone they should switch to this brand. Then abruptly one month later,the water from the fridge stopped flowing,which suggests that the filter needs to be replaced again! The GE filter was still going strong after 7months,so clearly this product is not worth buying.
