so far this filter works well. I would recommend it as a replacement for the lg filter which is more expensive

Couldn't find recommended water filter locally. Would have bought twin pack if I had know it was compatible with my refrigerator.

well , did receive item on time but once i made the installation the filter stays loose . I drained water as per instructions but water stil smells funny and we can taste the water not being properly filtered . I would NOT recommend this product and regret ordering it .... don't want to give it any "star"but there's no choice when rating it
