Purchased 9-15-2009. Frozen wine (not kidding) 3-4-2010.

Vinotemp call is not a good experience.

I called a few motnhs ago, and, they would not even talk to me because I had not completed their little registration card. (again not kidding)

I called for a refund yesterday. They refused.

Taking it back to Costco today. I notices also that Costco has quit offering these coolers.

Bad product + Horrid customer service.

I purchased this model from . The lower zone does not maintain temperature very well, it runs from 55 to 66 degrees. The unit is in a room with a constant comfortable room temperature of about 78 degrees. The cooler is not opened more than once a week, if that. I check the temperature and it varies by eleven degrees for no apparent reason. I probably will return it. Not recommended.
