I purchased a merchandiser and dry display case from Cooltech and I am shocked at the poor design and quality of the merchandiser. The racks are ill fitting, the brackets were rusted (new unit). They attempted to come out and fix it and in the process damaged the unit with dents and dings to the steel and made it look even worse. Really unbelievable.
