Cooling is adequate, but this unit is several times louder than your average refrigerator and it almost NEVER shuts off. Most of the time this is one or both of the fans, which cycle on and off CONSTANTLY but when you add in the compressor it can sound like you are standing next to a jet taking off. The fans seem to cycle with no discernible pattern. Top fan is on, then bottom, then both, then one or the other shuts off, then starts up it is maddening. The longest period of time that I have found both fans and compressor off is only fifteen seconds. The tech guys told me that it was "designed that way" and they couldn't do anything in the way of service. Keep the box you may be sending it back as I will be.
I purchased the 187 Bottle unit and 4G's Trucking damaged my newly installed hardwood floor during deliver and refuse to return my call even though they noted the damage on the Bill of Lading. WineEnthusiast has been less than helpful in getting this resolved. The unit also stopped working properly after 2 days with one of the zones getting stuck on 99 degrees. The repair has caused the fan to run constantly and now the on/off button doesn't work. I suggest you purchase a different unit, elsewhere!

I have had nothing but trouble with this unit...actually had to have 3 delivered before one worked! I'm now in the process of replacing the 3rd because there is a cooling leak in the unit and it's a sealed system. DO NOT purchase this product.
