The fridge was getting hot on the sides and top, then I realized that the fan in was not blowing at all, so I replaced that motor so the condenser wouldn't 'burn out', it was pretty warm, and it is working great. I don't know if the wiring harness was even compatible with my fridge, but the existing wiring plugged into the new motor and we're back in business!

This condenser fan is an upgrade for the 2006 Whirlpool fridge. Included is a jumper cable to adapt the old connection from the fridge to the new fan. Fan was easy to install with ample instructions. When I plugged in the fridge, the fan started right up and was hard to hear. Very quiet and good quality. Shipping received 2 day ahead of scheduled delivery.

This fan fits the OEM equipment but was a little difficult to install. Based on the how the old fan was removed, there was no way that this fan could be re-attached with the reversal of the same process. Since the screws for the old fan go in through the front and these go in through the back, there was no way to see to install the screws. I ended up removing the mounting bracket from the refrigerator, installing the new fan and then re-installing the mounting bracket. That was the only way to make this installation possible.
