Rutherford 36 Bottle Wine Cabinet

I bought this wine cooler a little over a year ago and just after a year one of the control boards failed. This unit has two twinstar wine coolers inside a gorgeous cabinet. I have now been waiting over 2 months for a replacement board that I am paying for but it comes from China (Duh) and is still on back order. It is very frustrating as I love the cabinet but hate the twin star service.

This cooler is supposed to cool to 45 degrees. The unit I have, new and out of the box, "cools" to 67. Tresanti admits the advertisement that this unit cools to 45 is "wrong", and the resellers that are providing that lie to consumers get that false information directly from Tresanti and their parent company Twin Star.

They admit the cooler I have does not work at all. They admit they no longer sell the refrigeration units used in this cooler. They "offered" to send me the units they currently sell, which cool red and white in the same unit, but I have to install the new refrigerators myself, and they claim there is no warranty on this unit because they choose which of the vendors selling their units they will or will not cover with the advertised manufacturer's warranty. How ridiculous is that?

When you disagree with their business practices, their representative insults you personally. This company should not be in business.

When I ordered this, there was not any reviews...but it looked so good I took a chance. It is gorgeous! I have no regrets. The top section holds the tallest wine glasses and the backlit area is beautiful behind the glasses.

I ordered mine through another company and had no problems. Highly recommend the product, but cannot speak for the seller on Amazon.

I ordered this item, a delivery date was scheduled, and funds were withdrawn from my account. Now, days before delivery was scheduled, my order was cancelled and this item is no longer available on Amazon.com you have to go to an external site (that does not carry the Amazon guarantee). The item is now listed as backordered on that site... Not sure if I'm going to buy it based on the runaround.
