Ice maker dumped ice in frozen together clumps within a couple of months after purchase. Called customer service and their solution was to shake the ice tray everytime ice fell. Seriously, do they think I am going to stand there all day waiting for ice to fall and shake the bucket? After several months of trying different things, and paying more than $500 in service visits, it was determined by the last technician that the rear support for the icemaker was broken. It was leaning so water was spilling across the cube dividers and freezing into one clump. The technician said the anchor was a molded piece and could not be replaced. Technician filed an unrepairable ticket with Samsung and said they should replace or refund me for the refrigerator. He warned me that Samsung customer service would give me the run around trying to get me to give up, and he said to be persistent. They put me through their customer service grinder for three weeks and ended up coming back saying it was due to customer abuse. The only way one could possibly break the rear support would be to cral into the freezer compartment and hit it with a hammer. I can assure you I did not do that. Now I have turned to the BBB for help. Take a look at the other Samsung refrigerator reviews on Amazon, and you will see low ratings. Let me tell you that those low ratings are warranted.
