We seldom pay for extended warranty services since the premiums seldom justify the costs. This time we decided to go with SureTrade because their fees were relatively low and we knew that this waffle maker would get heavy use. As it turned out, approximately two months before the end of the warranty protection our waffle maker fell apart. We simply went on the SureTrade web site, verified our warranty period, described the problem. I'm pleased to report that within three days we received post paid delivery label, with return instructions. We then shipped the wounded appliance off and received full reimbursement within a week of filling the claim.

In brief, we would highly recommend SureTrade. In fact we were so happy with their service that we've insured our new iPads.

I have a daughter that travels all over the world with her camera so when her last camera died, she was out of the country and wanted it replaced by the time she left on her next trip. She chose the camera, I paid for it, and was ready to complete the transaction when I read about the SquareTrade Warranty. As often as my daughter's camera travels, and as many places as they have seen, there was a good chance that this next one I was purchasing would also travel multiple times out of the country and it would be a real blessing if she had some type of a warranty on it. So I paid the extra money and stashed the receipt away in a file and forgot about it. A year and a half later, the daughter and camera are in Taiwan having just come back from Thailand when the camera dies a sad death. I called Squaretrade and walked through their steps until we got to the point where the camera needed to be returned. I explained that it is still in Taiwan and will be for another month but Squaretrade reimbursed the purchase price anyway! As soon as the camera comes home we will ship it in, but in the meantime the daughter can choose a new camera and it will be ready to leave again when she is! Thanks Squaretrade! It was SO worth it to purchase this warranty and I guarantee I will purchase another one for the next camera!

This is the second time we have had a problem with the refrigerator. There were some scheduling mixups and delays, but SquareTrade was very apologetic and helpful. When the technician finally arrived we discovered the appointment had been setup without billing and I was expected to pay. When I called SquareTrade about the situation, they immediately agreed to pay the technician over the phone. I was impressed.

I was introduced to Squaretrade when I purchased a cell phone on E-Bay. I figured if E-Bay referred them then they had to be good.
