Customer service is horrible on these units stay away. We have had problem after problem getting the trim kits ordered correctly, often taking 10 or more phone calls for every one returned. And we still can't get the information we need. Should have gone a different way!!
I have had this refrigerator for less than a year and it has gone out three times, have lost so much food. Repairman put it in for replacement and I called the company to confirm it would be submitted, they assured me it would be resolved in 2 to 3 days... here I sit almost three weeks later, four phone calls, first file had accidently been closed, next they said I had not yet sent repair envoice, which had been sent a week and a half before, lo and behold they found it. Spoke with supervisor who said she would personally take care of things and call me next business day and nothing when I call she is busy on another line. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I should have gotten the sub zero, electrolux is awful.
