This item is a direct OEM replacement. The only difference between the old one and this new one, is that the power cord is about 3-4 inches longer than the origional. It still plugs in fine but there is excess cord now. As for the functionality of the item, it works fine, no issues yet. Time to replace is about 15-30 min based on your skill set. The seller was quick and the piece was in hand shortly after placing the order, which was nice. It came in OEM packaging, not repack, so you can tell it was a new item. No issues with it or the seller, so I would purchase from them again if need to.
