At first I thought it was over freezing but then realized the thermostat on the bottom drawer had been pushed to "coldest" so my veg's were freezing. I got directions on Youtube and did my own repairs. Saved a bundle. The repairman was going to charge me 60% over retail price for the thermostat. What a ripoff.
