This filter works fine and is easy to install. Now my water doesn't taste like a foot. I'll buy this filter again next year.

We purchased 2 RG-100 filters from you and when we put 1 in and ran water thru it for 2 minutes as we usually do. When we went to get a drink the water tasted like sink water (bad). So we ran 2 more gallons thru it and it did not help. The water was still not drinkable. Thus we replaced the new filter with our old filter. We still have both filters we purchsed from you can we still return them for a refund?
