Purchased to replace the Samsung filter and the fit is perfect. So far it has met our expectations completely.fit correctly, good water flow, excellent choice for money, water filtering, water flows through and tastes like factory filter, will buy again unless price increases.realistic price for a basic product. at this point in time a manufactured charcoal canister water filter should not cost a great deal of money, and you should expect that it is to be consumed and discarded. The water is clear and tastes good.Excellent product. Fits like a glove into my Samsung fridge and at almost half the price of the OEM part.

Installation was fasat and easy, and I haven't had any of the leaking issues that some reviews mention...But I cannot drink the water that comes out of this filter. It has a terrible taste and smell. I'm sure it's probably safe and clean, but I cannot get past the mineral and chemical taste. I followed the installation instructions, and flushed the filter. I even gave it a month to see if the taste would lessen, but it hasn't.
