After installing this wine cellar it started working just fine. Nevertheless, a week into using it, I'm disappointed that once it reaches the temperature it all of a sudden stops cooling and heats straight to 72-80 degrees. Very disappointed on the product (can't say this is the norm for every other Koolatron fridge). Still, I placed a claim with amazon and amazon gladly returned my money.

Good product. Only complaint is you can't actually fit 12 regular sized bottles in it with all the shelves in. To put bottles in and get them out you have to take out the shelf above. Pretty quiet, nice looking.
