I recently bought a Turbo Air grab and go cooler (about 10 months ago).Yesterday, the compressor went out. I called the company, and after a bit of hemming and hawing, they agreed to send me a replacement compressor.... but here is the kicker:
1. I have to pay to have it installed.
2. I wont get it for a week... which means I will lose substantial sales for the next week thousands of dollars
3. When I asked them to overnight the compressor to me, they said they would charge me $150 to overnight it.
keep in mind they sent me a LEMON. A compressor should last 6-7 years... and yet they are making me eat the cost of this.
No dont buy any products from Turbo Air. There are many other kitchen equipment manufacturers out there that wont treat you like this.
