You would think that they would select a higher-quality plastic for the internal water line on a $2500 refrigerator, but alas after two weeks, the water line cracked (inside the refrigerator itself) and water spewed everywhere. Other than that, seems to work well, but the LG tech said that this is a common problem and has damaged a lot of floors. Of course, LG has thus far disclaimed any responsibility for the floors. Won't be purchasing from LG again.
