After several e-mails with Amazon.com I was asked to call the manufacturer directly because of the dissatisfication I had with them due to the fact that all the necessary parts needed for assembly were not included upon delivery. The manufacturer informed me eventually that they would ship the missing parts directly to my home. Well it has been weeks and still no parts. So you spend $800 plus with this company, Avanti, and they can't even give you what you have already paid for. Like the old phrase goes, potential purchasers, buyer's aware. Strictlyfood for thought fellow consumers!

Bought one of these and installed it in July and by November it stopped cooling. They sent a repairman who told me there were multiple leaks and the refrigerant had leaked out. Depending on the parts needed, they could take up to 3 months to come in--maybe longer. Its junk, don't waste your money.
